Chipped urn, color should have been pearl but it was closer to tan/brown. No customer service. They don't reply to emails, phone calls, or texts. So, I bought a nice urn for my husband and now I'll have to smash this junk in the driveway! It's really sad that I had to deal with this during such a sad time. Don't use this company!

Product in pictures is not what you receive. It was not in good condition on arrival to my home. The paint was chipping off in various places. Very disappointed! Would like a refund. They do not do refunds/exchanges on personalized items and you would have to pay to ship the item back to them. Also no communication in messages sent on Esty. BEWARE!
