Cancelled services 10/24/23 with Network Solutions and went with another company because of NS ever increasing prices. NS acknowledges we went to another web company at that time. Since then, they have assessed a total of $557.91 with the last charge on 6/14/25.
Charges went undetected by our busy company until 10/13/25. C/S says "Sorry, you have 90 days to dispute charges"! They knew they provided no service to us, charged us and now say, "Sorry, we get to keep your money because you didn't catch us in time".
No surprise, we are not accepting that. Letters of formal complaint will go out to California Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, local congressional representative, the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission. Have we missed anyone?
