1st Complaint:

I clicked the free trial add and followed the instructions and have used netflix believing that it was for free, but when my creditcard statement came just today, I found out that I was charged.. your subscription page is very deceiving.. even the email notification doesnt have a word saying clearly that it was not on free trial, it only seems to be a premium one with some amount but doesnt have the words "not free trial"

2nd Complaint: Very Rude Costumer Service and Supervisor on your chat support
-not even appologetic of the inconvinience this has caused me

    complaint to the court:
    50USD fee in county court in civil case till US$ 5000 value
    assitanse of lawyer /legal professioanl 200-500US$ - refunduble if case is won

    The chat pic too small to read, but 1) it will have clearly said that it will start as a paid membership and 2) the customer service aren't there to apologize to you for your own mistakes.
