Netflix the removal of shows/movies

There is no reason to remove any tv show or movie from Netflix. You're just making yourself look like a fool. There are shows/movies I and others enjoy seeing and would like to see again. You can build up your Netflix foundation by mixing the old with the new. I cannot enjoy Netflix one bit. I am gonna resign and find a better source. Thanks a lot for losing a customer and I bet you I am not the only one. I am very unhappy with the way things are handled on Netflix that I and many others can not be a potential customer. Your service deserves no stars if I could give it.

Netflix can we talk about dubbing into english over the original language?

I love Netflix drama, but please keep your productions' original languages - or allow us the viewers an option to watch the subtitled original. Dubbing is a blunt instrument, much of the tone and immediacy of a drama is lost, it's a bit like listening to a radio encased in bubble wrap. I watched four eps of Marseille in subtitled French, and tuned in for the fifth ep to find it now dubbed into English and thus rendered unwatchable. I know that you know your audience, but you are putting me right off some of your content this way (interestingly Fauda picks up during its arabic dialogue, but is then dulled by the english dub, I'd so much rather listen to the authentic pattern of hebrew speech in context and read the subtitle).

Netflix free month - it's a lie

Today I´ve just signed up for Netflix using my credit card and the first month it´s supposed to be free. The surprise came just after when I checked my bank account and I observed that Netflix already charged me the 10.99 euros even though the first month should be free. So I contact the company and they told me that they charged me because their system shows that I´ve used Netflix before. As this is not true I asked them to cancel my account but this experience disappointed me a lot about Netflix. I always thought is a good company but now I don´t trust them anymore. Thinking in a straight way, how can I do this? If I know that I used Netflix before I´m not stupid to put my credit card now because it´s obvious that they will charge me. Netflix excuse makes no sense.
I feel that you cheat on me.

Netflix greed creep aka diminishing value

Hi "Netflix" Leadership,

Firstly,
Please do not force ANY advertising internal or external on my paid and ever increasing subscription. Much like the cable industry from the 80s-today the value of service drops significantly with each year.

Also,
Content is becoming more tedious (boring, repetitive, predictable). Filtering for basic genres such as (Language) (Genre) (Sub-Genre) is virtually impossible. Default to pay per view or free TV is becoming common place.

Also,
The visible rating star system WAS helpful top the paying subscribers. Although I'm sure not so much to the content owners. Decide which is most important.

Finally,
The fact that Netflix does not have a traceable (not chat or phone) text based feedback is an indication of a leaning towards a lack of transparency.

This family and our freinds are slowly leaning towards cancelling such constantly devalued subscriptions.
Regards

Future x- customer?

Netflix movie program menu

In Australia NSW, Netflix decided to dump the movie menu! They said it helped some viewers will low internet speeds. Netflix also said my 8, 000 AUD Samsung Flat screen TV with fibre internet 25 MB per second, which I bought last year, is out-of-date. What are they talking about? Do you suggest I replace it every month?
So Netflix can you focus for a moment? This is about the missing menu, which you decided was not needed. So now we have 1970s Chinese movies mixed with Indian movies and cartoons and western movies all bundled together. Are you guys at Netflix emulating your brains?

Netflix incorrect foreign program content

I would prefer if you would add a disclaimer to the foreign shows you buy the rights to that there are parts missing. If it isn't possible to buy the rights to soundtracks, please refrain from buying that show and advertising a false program. Some examples are Reply 1994 (whole parts missing), Hyori's Bed and Breakfast (incorrect background music, and once again there are parts missing.) Not only do I think this is insanely disrespectful to the original show, it just feels half assed, sort of like you just want to claim you own the program and then put out whatever content you feel like.

Netflix ads during netflix

Hello :
I am writing in regards a recent development, as a faithful subscriber.

I am slightly concerned about your recent decision to try ads during movies and TV programs.
I suffer from epilepsy, and my entire reason for subscribing was to avoid the constant flashing and advertising of television as it causes seizures. Perhaps take this into account for people in my sub group?

Thank you kindly for your time

Netflix netflix movies

I am complaining about your movie options! you guys take stuff of a lot what you need to do is put movies on. the host was my favorite movie I watched it at least 2 a week. when ever I was having a hard time I would watch it. But you guys took it off and I am not happy about it. Also you took off revolution and countless others. taking movies off is the worst thing you guys can do. Every movie on Netflix is loved and people have memories with movies and when you take them away it hurts. Movies are meant to move people, give them hopes, dreams, and love. me and my family would watch movies together but now it takes so long to pick a move. we would eat and watch and bye the time we picked a movie (usually one I had already seen) my food would be cold. I know about every thing on here. I would really apresheat it if you guys would put The Host back on or other movies.

thank you for your consideration

Netflix netflix

Now Netflix in their greed have taken out the ability to read movie reviews. They expect members to just watch a show with just a short write-up. They also play irritating music while your trying to read the review,

You can get around this by writing down all the shows of interest then go to IMBD and read their reviews. This company does not care about their subscribers and wants you to double dip on money to mail for a DVD.

Congrats Netflix as your company has sunk to a new low.

Netflix netflix programming - anne with and e

I'm sorry that Netflix has re-written a classic story to include a LGBT agenda. I so loved the original books and mini-series that I was really excited to watch this version. The first season was great. Then this year, it's not. Why does sexuality have to be addressed in every single situation we are involved with. Many people like me are simply not interested in everyone else's sexual preferences. It wouldn't be the end of the world if we went one day without knowing what someone thinks about sex.

Netflix afflicted

As a severe chronic pain pt,
fibromyalgia, neuropathy, ridiculopathy, failure to fuse back fusion.etc etc trauma; car wreck, anxiety disorder, depression, even had bariatric surgery to try to take weight off my painful body& the people you've chosen for this show propagate the myth that chronic pain is all in the head. Someone truly suffering does not say no to a treatment, would never allow a lived one to give up amazing opportunities and we sure don't make it the topic of every convo. Someone who can't stand electronics, they make her sick, have pain & disable her yet she specifically moves to a place where these things aren't allowed and what does she do? Wears a wireless Mic willingly and exposes her neighbors to it...seriously?Stars friends faces say it all when she speaks...bekah with her mandatory"detox shower" in a desert where water makes dirt mud ...how is that sterile? 90% of these people are huge candidates for the DX; muncheusan syndrome...they like the attention..the procedures...why are no psychologists included in the show? No psychiatrist? These people move more in a day than I ever will, more than any pain patient I've ever seen. It actually pisses me off to watch because of how true chronic pain/undiagnosed patients get treated and here they are getting expensive treatments, special home visits by specialists and not one of them truly seem interested in getting better. Does none of your staff see this?

I've been watching Afflicted, a Netflix documentary that focuses on the lives of seven people with chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS, multiple chemical sensitivity, and Lyme. Eager to create controversy, the filmmakers decided to cast doubt on the legitimacy of their subjects' conditions. Experts, most of whom never even met those portrayed in the series, suggest time and time again that the origin of these illnesses is in the mind, and that there's no biological basis for the severe symptoms we're looking at. This sense of doubt permeates the series.

With CFS, the biological basis of the illness has been well established, but the filmmakers apparently didn't know this, or they would like to pretend it's not true. They did interview some top CFS researchers for the series, but that footage was left on the cutting room floor because whatever the researchers said apparently didn't fit with the narrative the filmmakers had decided to pursue. I've also learned that the seven participants were all evaluated for mental illness before the series and they all passed the evaluation . . . so why then suggest again and again that their problems are psychological?

There was an opportunity to educate people here about the true nature of these illnesses, but the filmmakers preferred to sensationalize instead of look at the science. The people portrayed in the documentary represent a large community of vulnerable, often invisible people who are fighting to be taken seriously by their doctors and everyone else around them. Imagine trying to cope with such skepticism while you're already burdened by difficult symptoms and struggling just to get through another day. It's overwhelming. The makers of Afflicted have done a huge disservice to the chronic illness community.

Netflix netflix: doctor who misinformation

i was browsing Netflix a few moments ago on Netflix and saw that you had doctor who listed with new episodes available.. i also noticed that the thumbnail for doctor who was of the ninth doctor from BBC's Season 1 of Doctor Who, got exited as that was what i grew up with but lo and behold.. nope.. it's someone from your team having not noticed the discrepancy

now.. if you are adding season 1 into your catalog then don't mind me.. all i wanted to do is get your attention to this matter so you can either have more incentive to add season 1 (don't care about the rest quite frankly) or at the very least remove that thumbnail from your databanks so that you are no longer misinforming your viewers

Netflix not continuing and amazballs show

There is this netflix original show that you guys arent continuing and you left it on the most biggest cliff hanger in the whole freakin world and it's just so outrageous and i'm typing this after I just finished watching and did all of my reasearch and you plan of making a different show called wizards that's the lamest title of a show you could really think of and who knows if it's even going to be the same. Then what really got me upset is you turned james lake into a troll! And you didn't even turn him back you could have thought of a way because if merlin had all his power back you guys could have made it so that he could turn him back. Troll hunters is an amazing show and your not going to continue it and I was angry at the beginning of this and now i'm just straight up sad I can't believe you guys won't continue this, I love this show so much and now your going to ruin it by not continuing it and turning jim into a troll and not turning him back. I can't believe this! Well whatever it's not like my one complaint will change anything anyways, it's not like you guys are going to read this anyway, well I tried. What could I possibly do with this one message that would change a whole company's decision, just because one girl gets incredible inspiration from a cartoon and plans on making her like better doesn't change your minds. This complaint is probably a waste of my time and life this one show changed my life I know it sound pathetic but it's true that what this show did for my life. It made me want to overcome my anxiety and face new challenges in my life knowing that I will make mistakes but those mistakes will help me learn and guide me to a far more greater life. For the power of merlin daylight is mine to command!

Netflix audience abuse

To Moira Walley-Beckett and Netflix,
To think I watched the first season of (ANNE WITH AN E) with my mother before she past away and we had said a loud, "Isn't it wonderful to find such a wholesome precious program to watch! I can't wait for the next season!"
Well, I started the season 2 and all was going well till a few episodes in. I am so mad the writer took the liberty to alter the context of the classic characters in hopes to make everyone's view of homosexuality to be acceptable to it. She uses Anne to influence the young audiences that homosexual life style is acceptable and a thing of such loveliness if ever they might be questioning themselves. What great disappointment and sorrow I feel for them trying so hard to lead little ones astray! They have abused their audiences! The irony of them pressing the importance of well written books and Anne's love and appreciation for them but to ignore the words of the greatest book of all The Bible. What did God our Creator make clear about the act of homosexuality? The Bible also gives a very warning to those that would lead young ones astray.
Matthew 18:6
But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

Netflix account security

Hi,

I have been hacked i think it would be good to add either a secondary code to change email address or two factor authentication if a new ip trys accessing the account.

Its to easy for hackers to take over an account.

or even the registered phone can send a text with a code to change info.

Its something that needs looking at.

Thanks Daniel

other than that its all good

Netflix captioning

The quality of the captioning on Netflix is getting poorer and poorer. Having just watched I Kill Giants, more than a third of the movie's dialogue has not been captured in the CC. Missing words, and alternate phrasing substituted. This is probably the worst I've seen. Hearing impaired deserve the same experience as able-hearing users. Netflix needs to tighten its standards and if outsourcing, should be requiring more from their service provider.

Netflix taking off a show

The show Gypsy is AMAZING, it needs to be on for MORE than 1 season. I loved the show very much and has recommended it to all my friends and family. But after I told everyone to watch it I found out that its not getting renewed for another season. So now everyone that i told to watch it is going to hate me because we all want more of the show.I love but hate the way it ended. I need More! At least end it with a Netflix movie so we get an ending. Please!

Thank you

Netflix anne with an e

Netflix has ruined this wonderful family friendly classic with political correctness and the homosexual agenda. Why destroy this wonderful classic because of the gay agenda? They also have depicted characters saying and doing things in Anne With An E that are not true to the original characters and the time period. What happened to family friendly programming? I am tired of having the homosexual agenda being forced on me as a viewer. I won't be renewing my subscription to Netflix.

I agree. Very disappointed in Netflix...First season of Anne with an e was great. But they couldn't leave it alone, had to push an agenda. You and your agendas aren't worth it Netflix...dropping you. And shame on you for being part of trying to undermine innocence and traditional values in our country.
