Do not use this company - they will hold you hostage

This company actually lost our domain name. After more than 2 years and an additional $3500, they failed to get it back for us. We even purchased a new domain name but this company refused to migrate our website to the new domain name unless we paid $1500. They promised a lifetime service but do not believe this as they will hold your website and webmail hostage unless you pay more money.
