Digital Buyer is a great place to buy stuff from. They were super helpful when I had some things come in all messed up from shipping. Their customer service was really good and they replaced everything that was damaged. I would definitely tell my friends to use them if they need to buy something.

It took a whopping two months for the tables to finally arrive at my doorstep, and to make matters worse, they were shipped without legs! Can you believe it? I couldn't believe what I was hearing! They did offer to send me the legs, but I was expected to pay for them myself. This was completely unacceptable and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Overall, my experience with Digital Buyer was very disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was lacking and their business practices seemed very crooked. I hope that they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Digital Buyer. I ordered some acrylic guards for COVID protection a whole month ago and I still haven't received them. I mean, come on, it's been a month! I tried reaching out to customer service to see what's going on, but they weren't much help. They couldn't give me any kind of estimate for when my order might arrive, and their solution was just to cancel the order if I wasn't happy. Like, seriously? That's the best you can do?

I placed my order on August 18th at 7:35 in the morning, and I was really hoping to have the guards by now. I understand that things are a little crazy right now with COVID and all, but a month seems like a really long time to wait. I'm just frustrated because I feel like I'm not getting any answers from Digital Buyer. It's like they don't care about their customers or something.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience with Digital Buyer. Maybe other people have had better luck with them, but I definitely won't be ordering from them again. It's just not worth the hassle.

I was pretty upset about this, as I felt like I should have been able to cancel my order if it hadn't even left the warehouse yet.

To make matters worse, I also tried to price match my order, but was told that Digital Buyer doesn't offer price matching. This was really frustrating, as I had seen the same product for a lower price elsewhere and was hoping to get a better deal. But unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be.

While I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of their control, I feel like they could have done a better job of communicating with me about the changes to my delivery date. And the fact that they wouldn't let me cancel my order or price match just added insult to injury. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

I thought they were weatherproof, I really did. I swear I read it somewhere. But turns out, I was wrong. Dead wrong. And now, I'm out a whole lot of money.

I am an idiot. But here's the thing - I've been in the appliance business for years. I've owned stores, I've sold all kinds of stuff. And I've used dollys in the rain before, no problem. So I figured these would be the same.

Anyway, long story short, I messed up. But here's the good news - Digital Buyer went above and beyond to help me out. They didn't have to, you know? It was my mistake. But they did. They helped me get the dollys repaired, and they did it quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed.

I recently made a purchase from Digital Buyer, specifically a display cabinet, back in February 22nd. I was eagerly anticipating its arrival in early May, but unfortunately, June came and went without any sign of my purchase. After some investigation, it was discovered that the "white glove" delivery service had been holding onto my item for over a month. Finally, my display cabinet arrived, but to my dismay, it was wobbly due to missing frame screws. To make matters worse, the shelves that came with the 72 inch display were incorrect, rendering the entire piece useless.

I reached out to Digital Buyer for assistance, but was met with a disappointing response. They informed me that I would have to wait until July 6th to receive the correct parts, leaving me with a 300 lb paper weight in the meantime. I was extremely frustrated with the situation and felt that Digital Buyer had let me down.

Overall, I would not recommend Digital Buyer based on my experience. The delay in delivery and incorrect parts were major issues that should have been avoided. The lack of urgency in resolving the issue was also disappointing. I hope that Digital Buyer can improve their customer service and delivery process in the future.

I was in a bit of a rush to get my hands on some new gear, so I figured I'd give them a shot since they claimed to ship in just two days. Well, let me tell you, that was a load of baloney. I dropped a cool 1500 bucks on some products, and almost two weeks later, they're still sitting on the shipping company's dock. And get this - the site still says they're shipping today! What a joke.

I mean, I get it, sometimes things get delayed. But the fact that they're still claiming it's shipping today when it's clearly not is just plain misleading. And to top it all off, the customer service at Digital Buyer made me feel like I was the bad guy for even asking about the delay. Like, come on, guys, I just want my stuff.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using these folks. Maybe they've got some good products, but if you need anything in a hurry, you're better off looking elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the cheap delivery company they used. What a mess.

Me and my team are a small non-profit organization with only ten full-time employees. We recently purchased a large whiteboard from Digital Buyer with some leftover end-of-year funds. Due to the pandemic, we are not in the office every day, so the item sat in the shipping box for a week. Then we had to wait another week for the maintenance man to get back from summer vacation to give us a quote to hang it.

When we finally opened the package on the day of the installation, we were shocked to discover that the product was damaged, as shown in the attached pictures. We immediately contacted Digital Buyer's customer service, but they informed us that they only accept returns within five days of receipt. This was extremely frustrating as we had waited for two weeks to even open the package, and now we were stuck with a broken and defective product.

As a result, we now have a huge hole in our wall where we wanted to hang the whiteboard. It's a real shame that Digital Buyer shipped us a damaged product, and now we are out of money and a whiteboard. We will never use this company again, and we can't imagine why anyone would.

To explain the picture, the damage you see is on the upper right corner of the board. It's a very noticeable defect that everyone would see every time we use it. It's really disappointing that Digital Buyer would keep a non-profit's money and not deliver a quality product. We hope that other customers have a better experience than we did.

Lied about the lead time and pricing on the thousand dollar item. They make-up a price that the item is "discounted" from but the reality is the listed price they sell it for, IS the real price and the same price every one of their competitors sells it from. They also lie about their lead time. They lie and say they have much faster lead times than they do, causing you to buy the part. They then immediately email you saying they cannot meet that lead time. The entire reason you bought the part was because of their fast lead time, right? Wrong, they lied and want to keep your money. They then make it extremely difficult to cancel the order.
