I went with this company just to do a simple logo, from there I mentioned I wanted to make a website, so they implied to go with there package deal. So I went with it that was the worst decision I made. The Logo took forever to get some revised samples this was a pure nightmare. After my Logo was finally made we were headed to do the website. It took me over 2 months for a simple website design. I still am not finished with it. My buddy started his website about a week after I started mine. His was finished no more than 1 week. It has been over 2 months now and they can not get things right till this day. So what I decided to do is to make thing VERY easy for them to understand, so I put in every detail what I wanted done to my sight on word document. It took them over 3 day to get back to me with new samples. Now they tell me to put all the things they left out and all the other things they done wrong in an other word document and send it to them. I am so aggravated from them... In a nut shell they are very slow, incompetent I tell you to keep far away from this company if you decide to do any website or Logo. They do things over seas this is why I can not get a simple fix right then and there, it takes them 24 hours to move. Horrible service and horrible work shame on them.

I ordered and prepaid for logo designs from a company named LogoDesignPros. They offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. The logos they provided were horrible and took far too long to deliver. I have been trying to get a refund for nearly six months. They lie constantly about the status of your refund.

I was a LogoJeez customer and they merged with LogoDesignPros and that is when my issues started. I have talked to 5 different support people and not one has returned my call with an answer to my issue. The customer support and attitude on this site is just about the worst I have experienced to-date. I canceled two jobs that I started with LogoJeez. If they they can't respond and send the CD's for work done, how can I believe they will make good on a new order? Heads-up Be careful with this company!

Slow to create. Poor customer service. Ironically, when I was totally frustrated with them, and they knew it, they had the audacity to call me on my cell phone and try to sell me a trademark product. This company is a train wreck. Search for another logo company (there are plenty) and use any one of those!

Bunch of liars. Never return my money back as promised. When i call they hang up on me several times, and promise somebody will cal me back about refund. They never did. Don't even think of doing business with them.

The Company is a total fraud. They have a complete false marketing when you go on the website you see a pop-up banner saying $99 and you will get unlimited logos, website, facebook, twitter etc. But when you actually have a word with them than you came to know that the original cost is $999. After that an Agent of theirs who sounded Indian his name was Harris Blake grabbed me to the chat and started convincing me. Than he said that I will get you 20% Discount on the package and you just pay $99 and get started and once you are satisfied you can pay the remaining in 50% once you satisfied with the logos and print material and the other 50% once you see the mockups for the website. They also promised me that I will get a 4 Page A4 size Brochure that was not in the package but they will get me that. They charged me $99 once I saw the initial samples they asked me for the complete amount and when I told them that I already had some terms they said that their so called system is not allowing them to move a head. After seeing the initials and taking the rest of the amount they started ignoring and the delays were too much. When I asked for the brochure they said that it is not included in the package and I need to pay for it again I told them that it was included but they refused. When I asked for a 100% refund as I was not satisfied with their service and I was told that I can get 100% refund anytime as they said, they showed me this page http://www.logodesignpros.com/logo-design/cap.asp#b and than when I was stuck as they will not refund my money and if I go for charge it will affect my credit ratings, I tried to deal with them and has been some 2 months that everything is on hold they never reply my call backs or emails and they have been the worst online experience.

I suggest everyone to stay away from them even they have a urgency. As they are not US Based company as when all of the thing I went through I asked them to visit their office in Wilmington, DE and they denied and said we are an online business. As I am also from Wilmington, DE I searched Logo Design Pros on Google I found their address on Better Business Bureau here is the link http://www.bbb.org/delaware/business-reviews/advertising-specialties/logo-design-pros-in-wilmington-de-7002771 and when I reached the place they didn't had any physical presence over there.

I just started my business and I was scammed for $800. I suggest not to do business with them as they have terrible service and they are not US based. They are somewhere in India or Pakistan claiming to be a US based company and if you ask them their address they will never let you know and will reply we are an online based company.

They are bunch of crooks.

Logodesign pros and Logojeez as well as 20 other logo design and web design websites on the internet are not based in america or the UK. Both these businesses along with so called life experience degree businesses are run by a company in pakistan. The vice president of this company is Zeeshan Ahmed and the socalled owners are Shoaib (last name not known).

If you do not refund your money and you've paid via credit card be advised that you can go for a chargeback because that is the only way you can get your money back.

http://www.logodesignpros.com - is a total fraud company ran by some unprofessional people who claim to run their business in america but obviously they are not. On the home page they have MONEY BACK guarantee but i was never paid back. I ordered $799 package but i was fraud-ed. they let me wait forever, promised call backs and never call me back. When u search on google.com their website is seach result number 1 in non-generic adds. their website gives an impression of being a very professional company, and they have a 24 hour chat support to put you into impression that they really deserve what you gonna pay. but they did a very bad performance for me. they lied to me several times. and made design blunders and wasted my time. They have American names, but their accent is asian. They are rude, and once you pay, they do not give you any attention, i have all chat scripts recorded for reference. they lie about everything. I am putting this as a warning for anyone who is desiring to do business with them. if you want to know complains about them just go to google and search for "logodesignpros.com complains"

Yes I agree 200%! I just got scamed by the same company for a logo design... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
