This company has decided to block the transfer of my domain and services to other providers as requested. After checking WHOIS my domain transfer says prohibited by registrar. My organizations are loosing money because of this illegal action. I have spoken to a number of representatives in the chat cause there's no number to call. I've been lied to repeatedly. Oh call the new registrar. Oh there's nothing we can do. Oh we changed it. Yet nothing! As a nonprofit we accept donations through our website which is down.
