Subject: Dispute Resolution for My Vanilla Card - Request for $500 Refund

Dear Customer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my My Vanilla card and to formally request a refund of $500.

On [date], I experienced an unauthorized transaction on my Vanilla card, which resulted in the unauthorized withdrawal of $500 from my account. I would like to emphasize that I have not authorized this transaction, and I have taken immediate steps to secure my card and protect my account from any further unauthorized activity.

To provide further details, the transaction in question occurred at [merchant name/location] on [date]. However, I have no recollection of making this purchase, nor do I have any affiliation with the mentioned merchant. I have attached the transaction details, including the date, time, and amount, for your reference.

I understand that My Vanilla takes customer security and satisfaction seriously, and I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. To rectify the situation, I am seeking a full refund of the $500 that was wrongfully deducted from my account. I believe that this action is necessary to restore the integrity of my account and ensure that I am not held responsible for this unauthorized transaction.

I have already taken the necessary steps to secure my My Vanilla card by contacting your customer support hotline and reporting the unauthorized transaction. The representative I spoke to advised me to file a dispute through this email, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.
