Mynd review: Tenant complaint resolution - management services

I attempted to pay the rent for a home that I rented off of mynd. They had added on a charge of $127 for a missed service appointment as well as a $75 late fee for rent. I called on the 1st of the month to determine how I could pay for the rent alone as I was unable to pay it online because the amount is already filled in along with any added on fees. I told them that I could only pay my rent.

Mynd had informed me that a manager would respond back to me. I never heard directly from a manager. I had to send several emails and inquire about who the management team was in the first place. Finally, I was informed that I could send correspondence to the same email - and the portfolio manager would be able to read my email. However, I could not speak directly to the manager.

They refused to allow me to pay my rent. They then added fees onto my account after I attempted to contact them to determine how I could pay my rent rather the fees they added on.

I can't pay the balance with the numerous number of fees. Mynd is forcing residents to pay the fees that they add on when the most important thing that needs to be paid is the rent!
