Peanut m and ms
I love to bite the choc off and then eat the nuts except 90% of the nuts are just half’s ? Wry disappointed

Party size bag of peanut m&ms
I bought a party size bag of peanut m&ms on 2/11/21. Got them home and opened them and getting ready to eat one and it tasted old and the chocolate was not good either. I eat the peanut m&ms all the time so I knew something wasn't right. Tried to take them back but couldn't because they were opened. Purchased at the Krogers on 7th Street Parkersburg, WV 26101 time around 5pm.

No lettering on the M&M sweets
Our Church purchased family sized bags of M&Ms. We wanted to make up little Christmas bags with the M&M Christmas Poem inside using the RED and Green sweets only, to correspond with the poem and give to the members attending the Church Xmas Service. As there was no M printed on the sweets, it made the process of making up the little bags pointless. We ordered the bags, printed out the poems (which was quite time consuming). We are pretty disappointed that our efforts were to no avail
Unable to upload the pictures of the M&M poem and the M&M packets with the bar codes.
Desired outcome: Re-imbursement for for the cost and time and effort.
Peanut m&ms
Just eating my peanut m&ms and one broke my tooth. The object that broke my tooth appears to be a peanut but is far harder than many rocks I've seen Uncertainly capable of doing damage to anyone's teeth Should they be sold unlucky to bite down on it thinking it was a candy. I need to get my toothpicks but I've already exceeded my dental benefits for the yearAnd so with this tooth causing me a lot of pain I'm hoping that they will be willing to cover the costs considering it was it was their product that caused the damage.
Desired outcome: I want financial compensation for for the expenses of fixing my my tooth and something for and something for the pain I'm in
Plain M&M red and green
I bought 3 bags of plain M&M's red and green. I have opened one and the candies are chipped and broken, they are not in excellent condition. I have pics of candies and pkg with numbers if you are interested.

Peanut M&M’s
I broke my tooth eating peanut m&ms last night. November 22, 2021. Dentist said it cannot be repaired. It will have to be removed and an implant put in. And it's thanksgiving week 😞

Foreign object in pack of M&Ms
Hi, I found this foreign object today in my pack of M&Ms, and almost broke my tooth on it. What would have happen if it was my son who took this one! Not even sure what it is, it is hard and looks disgusting.
This is not acceptable and requires a compensation.
Please find attached the pictures with the package and the object (coated with chocolate, and then after I washed it).

Peanut M&Ms
I purchased a bag of peanut m&Ms. When I opened the bad a strange looking item came out of the bag. I was surprised when saw it and not sure what it was. It appears to be an M&M. Quality is surely slipping. I'm hoping there is not more of these out there. I will not eat these due to the fact I'm not sure if it is safe. I'm hoping this is not what we can expect from your company.
M&ms pretzel
Hello I bought a packet of your m&ms pretzel 2 days ago. When I opened the packet I have a few m&ms with spots. I'm just wondering if they are mould or something else. The used by date is still way off. 21/06/22.
So I'm confused as to what this could be.
I love your products usually, this seems to be the first time I have come across something like this.

A piece of ceramic, bone or tooth in my m&m
My name is Monica Cleveland. You can check your records, I have never contacted you before. I was just eating and enjoying some Caramel M&M's when, unexpectedly of course I bit down hard on a piece of ceramic, tooth ot bone? 🤢. Lucky I did not break a tooth. I'm not sure why the dental Gods were shining down on me this day. It was large and very solid! I love your product and have forever it seems. I'm not sure what happened, but I am concerned for the next person that actually does break a tooth. Hopefully I didn't crack the molar. I know I can't afford to replace cheese and I know how many others can either. Hopefully you can gather lot number from what I sent to you.

I purchased the family bag and a third of the m&ms were shredded, broken, missing the coating. I could send you a picture. It was unappealing. What can you do for me? I don't have the receipt and I did buy it at Walmart in High Ridge Missouri. Jefferson County.
Desired outcome: Get a coupon for free bag? Refund even though no receipt.
M&M TV commercial featuring Karen
On February 12, 2021 I was watching CBC television and was upset by your commercial for M&M's featuring the idea that having the name Karen is somehow undesirable. I don't like that you are participating in perpetrating the disrespect or slander towards the name Karen. It is hurtful to those that wear that name and I think you should rethink your use of such behaviour as promotion of your product. I am married to a lovely Karen for the record.
Desired outcome: Remove the offending part of the commercial
So surprised a company would develop a commercial so insulting and call out a specific persons name. The advertising company should be fired, and M & M publicly apologize to the people they offended. I have a list of all the products this company owns and will personally never purchase one again. Rude, and demeaning, publicly shaming a person's name. Totally irresponsible and insensitive. Shame on M & M.
Do you really think that by demeaning women with the name Karen will promote sales? How incredibly [censored]ic if you do. If nothing else, it hopefully will decrease your sales of M&Ms. Shame on you...or, perhaps you're just shameless.

Notice how the women acting inappropriately and called 'Karen' ...are NOT 'Karens'? Most Karen's are pretty and sweet individuals! I suppose the ppl finding humor by insulting all Karen's are envious of a Karen! Including the idiot that came up with the unique idea to put it in a candy commercial. NOT! Backfired with the Australian pizza company and will backfire with M&M. Think? Everyone knows and loves a Karen. Karen's didn't do the things making headlines for negative public behavior. Those women are not remembered because their real name is not remembered. M&M should apologize and x out current commercial and replace it with a 100 Karen's laughing, mingling and sharing M&M candy! The peanut m&m bag had a super hard peanut inside I bit down on and it injured me
I was eating the candy when all of a sudden I bit something hard and blood shot out my mouth. So happen a peanut was hard as a rock broke my tooth off in the gum. I had to have oral surgery for the other half to be extracted out. That costed me $897.32. I want compensation for my broken tooth and pain and suffering from the painful effects off your hard...

Peanut m&ms 19 ounce bag
I purchased a 19oz bag of Peanut M&Ms yesterday and opened the bag to have a snack and was very disappointed. I love peanut M&Ms and was expecting the quality snack I've always had, but this time, the candy shell was very hard to chew and irritated the inside of my mouth. At first I thought maybe it was just a few like that but every piece I ate was the same. I will not be eating anymore from this bag. The best by date on the bag is 09/20/21 so that's not the issue. Just a bad batch, I guess.

I purchased a package of M&M's yesterday and after I put a handful in my mouth, I bit down on something hard. Glad it wasn't my tooth but at the same time it was pretty scary not knowing what it was, even after cleaning it up. I'm just thankful it was me and not one of my grandkids. It is a very very hard plastic. Needless to say I threw the rest of the candy out 😢. See picture below, I left M&M's so you could see the size of this object
