I bought a lot of liquipel products at Walmart and I really enjoy them. The customer service is great too, they helped me answer a question I had.

Liquipel's customer service is amazing. The team knows their stuff and is committed to giving you a smooth experience, just like their product. They make sure to guide you through everything, keeping you updated and always ready to help with any questions or worries you might have.

The company don't honor they're warranty. After filing a claim and providing all the requested info and receipts, they won't even return a call or email. They advertise that you'll be paid in 5 days, but it's been 7 weeks since the last time I heard anything from them. I have repeatedly tried to email and call them with no response. There product don't hold up as advertised either. I feel that it's a scam by they're lack or response. Please don't waste your money.

Liquipel's product is alright, but their promise to reimburse customers for a cracked screen is a total scam. I accidentally dropped my phone, which resulted in a cracked screen. I had to pay a $50 deductible to get it replaced. Liquipel claims that they will reimburse this amount. I submitted all the required documents, got "approved" for a check, but it's been 5 months and I haven't received anything yet. Every time I call, they assure me that they will escalate my case, but they never actually follow through on their promise.

I bought a thing at a store, and they said if my screen broke, they'd give me $100. Well, my screen did break, so I called the number they gave me and talked to a person from the company. I told them I wanted to buy a new phone instead, and I asked if that still counted for the $100 deal. They said yes, for sure. But now that I bought the phone, Liquipel doesn't want to follow through with the deal.

On 2/14, they said they gonna send me a check for my claim. They said it might take 1-2 weeks to process and send it to me. I tried talking to them online and through email, but they keep changing their story about when they gonna send the check. It's been a while and I still haven't got the check.

I filed a claim on 12/22 with Liquipel for my iPhone 7 Plus screen protector. They promised to cover the cost of fixing my phone if the screen cracked while using their product. I paid $100 for the screen protector. I've been calling them, but they keep giving me the runaround. The customer service reps never share their last names or employee numbers with me. On May 15th, I got an email saying I would receive a check in the mail within 5 to 7 days, but I never received it. So, I called on May 27th, and they told me that the checks are sent out in batches, and mine would be sent by the end of the month. Today is June 7th, and I called again, and they said they need to reissue my check. They still haven't resolved the issue, and I'm still waiting for my check. The whole process was supposed to take only a month, but it has been 7 months.

Their package says "You break it we fix it". Guaranteed. Liquid Glass Screen Protection. I bought it from ***. The packaging looked convincing. But when it came time to "fix it", things took a turn. I talked to the same two people, who seem to be running this operation from their home. I followed every step, and even a few extra ones they added just to drag things out, before I threatened to report them. They haven't kept their promise of protection, despite having plenty of time. I did everything they asked of me, from the moment I bought it to when I needed reimbursement for glass screen repairs. They keep saying, "It's in validation." I've been suspicious from the start, thinking this might be a scam. Most people probably wouldn't bother filing a claim, which gives them the opportunity to keep scamming others by selling a fake "award-winning Nano Coating" protection at stores like ***.
