MWEB.co.za review: Zero service

The lack of service from MWeb is shocking! I've been on hold for over 20mins three times over the past couple of days and if i do get to speak to someone, they simply say that there is a line detected and everything should be fine... yet i remain without internet for almost a week! Faults get closed without contacting the customer to confirm that all is in order so there's really no point in logging a fault either. I will be cancelling my subscription.
