This company is not honest. They took my payment for an item and never shipped it. After two months I asked for the order to be canceled. After two more months of being promised a refund I had to report them to alert pay to get a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!

    I ordered a computer game controller from because they had the best price I could find online. When I checked out, I had to either sign up for alertpay (similar to paypal) or some sort of e-check. Well, I chose the alertpay after reading a couple of reviews saying they were legit and safe.

    It turns out that was my savior. I'll explain that later.

    I ordered the item through and received an email saying there was a problem with the placement of the order and to call them. They cleared that up and told me the item would ship '2 WEEKS LATER'. I was not very happy about this, but figured I wasn't in a hurry and it was cheaper. I asked where it was coming from and they said their warehouse in Virginia.

    Two weeks later, nothing. Called them, they said due to a backlog in shipping it would be another 2 weeks. I was reluctant, but accepted. 2 more weeks passed, nothing. Called again to cancel, they talked me into waiting another 2 weeks saying that the hurricane in ALBANY, GA was delaying all of the shipments. It was about 10 minutes after that I realized they said it was coming out of Virginia. It was then I got mad.

    After 2 more weeks, I threatened them with BBB, alertpay and the internet fraud division. They sent me an email saying it would take 30 days to process my refund after a 3 day processing period. Unacceptable. After almost 2 months, I filed with BBB, and filed a dispute with alertpay. I figured the fight was on.

    Alertpay responded and said they would be happy to help, but explained it could be 3 days for action. I didn't put much faith in that, but in 3 days there was a credit to my checking acct for the full amount. Kudos to alertpay and should go ahead and close their doors, since they don't want to sell anything. I ordered the same item from amazon for just $20 more and received it in 3 days. NEVER AGAIN MTNSTORE.COM.

    I wish I had found this post before ordering. MTNstore is a scam--you give them money, and the product never arrives. PLEASE report them to the proper law enforcement at so that they can't continue to rip people off.

    As a side note, I am unsure why Alert Pay continues to do business with them. As soon as I get my money back, I am closing my account with them because they have to know it's a fraudulent business with so many complaints.

    I ordered an item November is now February 9th and I still have not recieved my item. They have my money, but I have no product. I have contacted them several times, and now I am getting no response at all! I am at the very least just am asking for my money back.

    I ordered 10 digital cameras from this company's website and paid by credit card on April, 2008. But I had never received my order or any messages after 3 months passed. I e-mail the company and they replied that item was out of order. I asked for refund and waited for another 2 months but never got my money back. I called their customer service. They said they cannot refund my money directly unless my bank called them!! Since I cannot get my money back, I wrote a letter to them to exchange the same value items. I placed the exchange items on Dec. 2008, a month later an e-mail said "due to backlog in shipping..." and then one more month later an e-mail said “the XXX item was out of stock..." I made another exchange again after 10 months passed. A few weeks ago, I received their e-mail: “ is currently experiencing a backlog. Due to our backlog, will suspend normal operations and phone support for 90 days.” Now, they even cut their phone and ignore all the claim of service!!! I have never experienced such terrible service from an online company. This is a horrible nightmare to me. I got no products received and cannot have a way to ask my money back. Take my advice, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    I was also taken by this company.On 29th March 2008 i ordered for a canon camera( vide .ORDER NO.778952 FOR CANON POWERSHOT SD 1100 IS ELPH CAMERA) and paid the full value including the shipping charges through credit card.However, even after one year and four months this vendor has not shipped my consignment .I have sent anumber of mails requesting them to ship my camera.However, they have evaded my requests under one pretext or other and the result is i have lost my money.The law enforcement agency in United States should take necessary steps to prosecute this company for cheating overseas customers and ensure refund to the aggrieved customers.

    I was also scammed by I ordered a diving light for 200 dollars. That was 9 months ago. All this time I´ve been trying to get them to ship the item or get me a refund, I paid with Paypal, but couldnt get a refund from them either- big dissapointment, if Paypal keeps advertizing how safe it is, they shouldn´t do business with a fictional company like this. I live in Czech republic, but please please someone in USA report them to BBB and police.

    I also was completely had by these ###! $400 USD gone, the only site I could find that offered the product I was looking for turns out to run me for a huge scam. Best part is how long they keep you stringing along. I must have called them 20 times. UNBELIEVABLE, I feel so stupid in hindsight. I hope these guys spend a lot of time in jail! Is there anywhere else I can report these thieves? I'll definitely put one in to

    Fortunately for me I only ordered a DVD around Thanksgiving (of last year as a holiday gift). After I spoke with the person it was ordered for and found out they had not received it as of January 2009 I began to call the MTN Store. I was told it was on back order. By March I asked for my money back and they said I would have to email customer service which I did on numerous occassions only to receive an automated response. I would again call with no answer to any extension I selected. This went on for half a year before I just gave up and ate the $20 (although I may contact Alert Pay). There is something to be said about dealing with a local retailer. Sometimes the cheap comes expensive.

    I ordered a diving light for 200 USD. I never eceived it. I emailed and emailed and no reply, even tried to call internationally, but the number didn´t work. Paypal wouldn´t give me my money back, because here in Europe Paypal has different policies, which is really lousy :( at that time I just moved back to Europe from the states and in USA you have 3 months to file a complaint and get a refund from Paypal, while in Eurpe it´s only 6 weeks, which I didn´t know :( I wish someone would report them to authorities, isn´t there something we can do????
