Mr. Tire review: misdiagnosis

I was given a misdiagnosis of a break caliper pin that cost me over 1800 dollars. The shop ended replacing my whole front end. They just kept putting parts because they didn't know what the problem was. I was never refunded my money and all they did was send me to another shop in order to resolve the problem. After my experience I would never recommend this shop to anyone or go there again. They did wrong by not refunding me my money. I feel like they took advantage of me as a customer and in a professional business you do not do that.
