I went to Mr. Tire's lochearn location on Saturday July 8, 2023 to get some hair for my tires and two employees on duty that afternoon were the rudest workers I've ever been serviced from. They never greeted me, they never told me what their names were, and the vibe from them was very cold. They treated me as if I was a stranger on the street and I didn't appreciate that. I was able to get the air in my tires I requested, but they really rubbed me the wrong way.
Desired outcome: I need Mr. Tires' corporate office to rectify all of the issues that the employees at this location have regarding their interpersonal skills so that customers like myself feel welcomed and appreciated for bringing them business.
