I called Prescott Tire Pros on 2/16/22 to get 4 tires installed on my vehicle

I called Prescott Tire Pros on 2/16/22 to get 4 tires installed on my vehicle. I dropped off the car and tires that night and said I'd be back at 4:00 pm on 2/17/22. They called me that day to say it was ready. When I got there, they charged me a high fee to mount and balance the tires. I paid it and left, but later called to ask why it was so expensive. The manager said it was because I brought my own tires and they wanted to make an example of me. I asked if that was the normal price and she said no. I also asked why they didn't tell me they don't install carry-in parts when I made the appointment, but she didn't answer. I think this is a bad way to do business and I feel like they took advantage of me.
