I gotta say, I've been using MrRebates for a while now and I'm not too happy with the way things are going. It seems like every time I make a purchase, I have to wait and wait for my rebate to show up in my account. And sometimes, it never does! I mean, what's the point of using this site if I'm not going to get the cash back that I was promised?

One of the biggest problems I've had is with Amazon. They're always advertising these great rebate promotions, but then they don't report the transactions to MrRebates. It's like they're trying to cheat me out of my money! And when I asked MrRebates about it, they basically told me that they can't do anything about it because Amazon is one of the stores that refuses to consider claims.

I don't think that's fair at all. If Amazon wants to be an affiliate of MrRebates, they should have to play by the rules like everyone else. It's not right that they can just take advantage of unsuspecting customers and not come through with the promised rebates. And it's not just Amazon - eBay and Half.com are guilty of this too.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with MrRebates. I feel like I'm not getting the full benefit of using this site because so many of my rebates are missing. I hope they can figure out a way to hold these non-complying stores accountable and make sure that their customers are getting the cash back that they deserve.

I'm not sure if the issues I've had with Mr. Rebates are due to my use of Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, as I know other sites have had issues with GC. Regardless, I hope that Mr. Rebates can improve their rebate process so that it's easier and more reliable for their users.

I been using Mr. Rebates since 2009. I usually pick cash back websites and airline shopping portals based on how much money I can get back. But, Mr. Rebates usually has coupons that I can use too (which banks and airlines shopping portal may not have). Plus, I get rebates on top of that! They never missed my purchases (or, when I use them right), but another popular website messed up with me for a big one (so now I don't always feel confident when using that website). I feel really good with Mr. Rebates and told my close friends to use it too.

I only sent my question to the customer service once, on a Friday. The website says they will reply within 1 business day (in my opinion Mon-Fri), but the staff replied my on the next day (Saturday) with detailed info.

Mr. Rebates is one of my most important go-to rebate websites. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Mr. Rebates (mrrebates.com) recently. I made an order with Harvey Nichols back on April 03, 2021 (order number GE***223GB, in case you were wondering), and I was supposed to get some cashback from Mr. Rebates for it. But when I checked my account, the cashback was nowhere to be found.

Naturally, I submitted a request for the missing rebate, but I never heard back from the company. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to reach out to them on Facebook. Finally, after a bit of back-and-forth, they responded. But let me tell you, it was not a pleasant conversation.

At first, they tried to tell me that there was no record of my shopping with Harvey Nichols. But I had the proof right there in my account history: "***/3/2021 1:46:24 AMHarvey Nichols8%Free Delivery on $250+ Orders". Eventually, they admitted that they had made a mistake and that I had indeed made the purchase. But then they tried to tell me that I had never requested the missing cashback in the first place! That was a load of baloney, because I had the support issue confirmation right there in my inbox: "Support Issue: The order number you specified on the previous page has already been submitted to the Mr. Rebates' claim system so it cannot be resubmitted."

But the worst part was when they told me that it was too late to claim the rebate. According to their website, you have 90 days after purchase to claim your cashback. But they were trying to tell me that I had missed the deadline. That was a total lie, and I was not about to let them get away with it.

To make matters worse, they even tried to claim that I had used a coupon on my order, which would have invalidated my cashback. But I knew for a fact that I had never used a coupon on that order. It was just one excuse after another with these guys.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Mr. Rebates. They seem like a pretty shameless company to me. All I wanted was my cashback, and they made it into a huge ordeal. I'm still trying to get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. If you're thinking about using Mr. Rebates, I would definitely think twice.

Meegan was a real lifesaver when it came to my cashback claim from Groupon. I was missing a large rebate of 2K and Groupon couldn't find my order number, so they rejected my purchase. This meant that Mr. Rebates couldn't pay out, which was really frustrating. But Meegan was so understanding and helpful, she really went above and beyond to help me out.

I gave her all the order numbers I could get from Groupon's customer service, but it was still rejected. Meegan didn't give up though, she went to her manager to appeal it for me. After proving my purchase, it finally went through and I was so relieved. It did take over 6 weeks and I had to follow up with Mr. Rebates, but they were responsive and helpful.

I've been a member of Mr. Rebates since 2005 and I've received over 2K in lifetime cashback. I think they're excellent and their customer service is great too. They usually have higher rebates than other sites, so it's definitely worth checking them out. Just make sure to follow the instructions and click through them first, because those pennies really do add up!

In the end, Abigail and the team at Mr. Rebates were able to secure a courtesy credit for me due to all of the trouble I had gone through. I was impressed by their genuine customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help me.

While I understand that my experience was with a voucher, it's the fact that they use these tactics to lure customers in and then deceive them that is truly disappointing.

Mr. Rebates is a totally legit website that I have been using since 2010. It's super easy to use and I have never had any issues with it. The key is to make sure you log in to Mr. Rebates before you start shopping, not the other way around. This way, you can be sure that your rebate is valid. I have earned over $4300 since I started using Mr. Rebates, and I have never done anything different than what I was doing before. All I do is log in to Mr. Rebates first, and then search for the store I want to shop at. For example, if I want to shop at Marriott, I just type it in the search bar and voila! I get an extra 3% rebate. Right now, Gap is at 6%, and some stores are even offering 10% or 15% rebates. It costs nothing to join, and all it takes is a few extra keystrokes to log in to Mr. Rebates each time you shop.

Once my rebates total over $100-$200, I ask for a check to be mailed to me. It usually arrives within a week after the end of the month I request it. I just asked for my December check for $143.00, and it will be sent the first week following the end of this month. You can also get paid by PayPal or other ways, but I prefer to get a check so I can actually see and touch it. It's always exciting to see the Mr. Rebates logo on the envelope after a long day at work!

If someone says they are missing a rebate and not to use the app, it's probably because they didn't follow the directions. You have to log in to Mr. Rebates and go to the shopping website through Mr. Rebates, otherwise you risk not getting your rebate recorded. Also, when you open multiple windows of the same store, make sure you are on the Mr. Rebates window when you check out, or it may not pick up your rebate. It's simple, and you can't blame Mr. Rebates for your errors.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Rebates. It's a site that a friend told me about years ago, and I have been using it ever since. I've tried it on three different laptops, all running Windows 10, and MrRebates failed on all of them. And I tried using all three search engines, but still no luck. So, I recently made an order from Lenovo on 11/20/2022, and I was supposed to get a cashback of 112.40 dollars from Mr. Rebates. However, after 8 days, I was shocked to see that the website recorded my cashback as 0 dollars. I mean, seriously? I had entered the correct order number, and it was still being tracked by them. I was really disappointed with this experience.

To make matters worse, I had also placed similar orders with other competitors like TopCashBack, Befrugal, and Racuten around the same time, and all three of them had posted my cashback within 48 hours of placing my Lenovo order. So, I was really frustrated with Mr. Rebates.

But, as luck would have it, after 24 hours of posting my review, my missing cashback of 112.40 dollars was finally posted to my Mr. Rebates account. I was relieved that nothing was lost, but it was still a hassle to go through all of this.
