Velvet Caviar They are crooks

Placed an order from Ipad case. Never receive my order and they refuse to refund, refuse to reship and they lie non stop. I have the best excuses ever. They think we are all as stupid as they are.

They promised to refund me and now they are refusing saying that the charge back/inquiry from my bank is not close. I sent them the letter saying it was close and they continue to say no. My bank confirmed it was closed and say that they are taking me for an idiot.

I am still fighting to get my money back. Please help me. To me $60 is a lot of money.

I have the letter from the bank but your system only accept pictures

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar: Slow Shipping, Poor Quality, and Shady Practices

I've bought from Velvet Caviar a few times now, and I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with my experience. The first time I ordered, it took like a whole month for my stuff to show up, even though the website said it would only take 8-12 days. And when it finally arrived, the soft part of the case (which I thought was silicone, but apparently it's not?) got super dirty right away and I can't seem to clean it no matter what I try. Even Magic Eraser won't do the trick. So now my case looks like garbage. Whatever material they're using, they need to switch it up ASAP.

But even though I was disappointed with my first order, I still really liked the functionality of the case, so I decided to order a black version of it. I needed it fast, so I paid $30 for 2-5 day shipping to Canada. But when I checked on my order today, it still hadn't left LA and it's definitely not going to arrive on time. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that there's a 2 day processing time before the 2-5 day shipping time. But that's not what the website says! It just says 2-5 days. When I order from Amazon and it says 2 days, it comes in 2 days! Not 2 days of processing and then 2 more days! I feel like Velvet Caviar is being pretty shady with their shipping info. If I had known it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. And when I asked if they could refund my shipping, they just blew me off.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Velvet Caviar. The cases are cute, but they don't hold up to regular wear and tear and they get gross super fast. And the customer service is seriously lacking. I'd recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Velvet Caviar - Would Not Recommend

I had one of Velvet Caviar's phone rings for a whole month when the ring suddenly busted right off the base while I was holding it. This caused my phone to drop and broke my screen protector, but luckily it didn't break my phone. I was really disappointed and upset about this, so I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out.

I asked if they could replace the ring and send a new protector, or even offer me a discount to buy a new protector since they sell them. I thought it would be a really nice gesture to acknowledge that their product failed and caused damage. I even said that I would be willing to buy a new screen protector from them. I just wanted them to address my request and show that they cared about their customers.

However, I was really disappointed with their response. They completely ignored my request for a new protector and wouldn't even address it to say "No". Instead, they just kept repeating the same thing over and over again - that they could send a new ring. It was really frustrating because I felt like they weren't listening to me or taking my concerns seriously. They copy and pasted the same response multiple times, which made me feel like they had zero time for me.

I tried to ask them why they were behaving like this and why they wouldn't speak to me and address my request. But they just continued to repeat the same thing and ignored everything else I wrote. It was incredibly dismissive and insulting. I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer at all.

For a company that targets women, I was really disappointed with how they treated me. They had zero sensitivity and zero regard for their customers. They treated me like what I was asking was just too stupid for them to even bother acknowledging. I had to deal with three different customer service people who all responded in the same way. It seemed like they had a sad little crew of mean girls working for them with zero people skills.

Overall, I would not recommend Velvet Caviar. I have had rings from the dollar store that lasted two years, but Velvet Caviar's ring only lasted one month. They sell an inferior product, and they treat people like garbage. If you're looking for a phone ring or any other phone accessory, definitely buy elsewhere.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar Phone Ring: Tight Fit and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a phone ring from Velvet Caviar and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The ring was extremely tight to twist around and after a few attempts, I was worried it would fall off. To my dismay, it actually did fall off within the first hour of putting it on my phone.

I was disappointed to find that there were no instructions on how to avoid any potential fall-out or any reminders to leave it overnight. When I reached out to customer service, they simply told me that I should have left it overnight. How was I supposed to know that without any prior warning or instruction? I even used an alcohol wipe to clean my phone and ensure there was no dust on it, but it still fell off.

I don't understand why the ring was so tight to twist around. Isn't the purpose of a phone ring to make it easier to hold your phone? If I can't even twist it, what's the point? It's not like I'm hanging myself on the ring! And even if I did leave it on for longer, the tightness of the ring would make it feel like I'm tightening a knob every time I twist it. How long can anyone survive that?

The worst part of my experience was dealing with customer service. They kept telling me that I did something wrong by not leaving it overnight, but they never reminded me to do so in the first place. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't work as advertised and then be blamed for it.

If Velvet Caviar truly cared about their customers, they would make their product better or include instructions on how to use it properly. Instead, they simply tell you that you bear the risk when you purchase their product. It's not a good business practice and I wouldn't recommend buying from them. If you do decide to purchase from them, be prepared to lose your money and feel like a complete idiot.

Velvet Caviar Velvet Caviar Phone Case Review: Overpriced and Low-Quality

I recently purchased the blue opal marble phone case from Velvet Caviar and I have to say, I was not impressed. For $25, I expected a high-quality product, but what I received was a blurry mess. It looked like someone had stretched out an image too far and the colors were all distorted. Honestly, I could have made a better case myself for $10 or less. It was nothing like the pretty pictures I saw on Instagram and I regret spending so much money on such a low-quality product.

The only redeeming quality of the case was the pop socket, which was great and looked like how the phone case should have appeared. Shipping was okay, it arrived a day late but overall took about a week, which is pretty standard. However, I now know to never buy into anything that is overly hyped up on Instagram. It's all overpriced BS.

I left a review on their site directly and they deleted it within 5 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a very dishonest company that responds to criticism with canned responses. They claim that their cases are made of high-grade TPU material with a unique laser-printed pattern, but the few low-star reviews that got by all stated that the image quality was absolutely awful considering the price. No one is asking for a literal marble phone case, just not some phone case that a freshman in a printing class in high school could make for free.

I'm so disappointed in how dishonest they are. They claim that real marble would be expensive to produce, would easily crack, and almost impossible to find in such unique colors, but that's not what customers are asking for. They just want a phone case that looks like the pictures and is worth the price. I hope this review helps others avoid making the same mistake I did.

I've been a fan of Velvet Caviar cases for a while now, even though I know they're a bit pricey for what they are. But I recently had a frustrating experience with their customer support team that has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

I was trying to use a promo code for my latest purchase, but it wasn't working on the website. So I reached out to their customer support team for help. At first, I got a response from someone named Kim who told me to go ahead and submit my order, and that she would retroactively apply the discount for me. I was a bit skeptical, but I went ahead and placed my order anyway.

After submitting my order, I followed up with the customer support team to let them know, and that's when things started to go downhill. I got a response from a different team member who told me that they couldn't retroactively apply the discount after all. I explained that Kim had promised me they could, but I just got a bunch of responses saying that I could only use one promo code per order (which I already knew).

It was frustrating to have to explain my situation to multiple different people, none of whom seemed to be able to help me. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even cancel my order at that point.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Velvet Caviar's customer support team. I'm not sure if I'll be buying from them again in the future, especially since I've heard rumors that their products are just rebranded versions of items you can find on Aliexpress or Shein. It's a shame, because I really do like their cases, but I don't think it's worth the hassle of dealing with their customer support team again.

Velvet Caviar Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy from Velvet Caviar

I gotta say, I'm not one to go on the internet and leave a bad review, but I gotta get this off my chest. I ordered a phone case from Velvet Caviar after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was really excited about the case I picked and the quick delivery they promised. But when I got home after it was marked as delivered, my mailbox was empty. I was so bummed out, especially since my mailbox is locked and they suggested someone took it. Then they said it was still on the carrier's truck and they "accidentally" marked it as delivered. I waited a whole week and it still didn't show up, so I asked for a refund.

Their response was pretty disappointing. They said they weren't responsible for lost or stolen packages and couldn't issue a refund. They said once the package leaves their shipping facility, it's in the hands of the carrier and they have no control over it. They did offer to create a code for me to place a new order that would cover the cost of the item minus shipping, but that just felt like a slap in the face.

I've worked in customer service my whole life and I would never dream of telling a customer that I'm not responsible for them paying for something they didn't receive. It's happened to me before with Barnes and Noble and Target, and both times they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. It just feels like Velvet Caviar doesn't care about their customers.

I don't care about the money, it's probably only $10 for shipping. But the fact that they don't care about their customers is what really bothers me. In this day and age, there's so much competition out there that companies should be more concerned about their reputation. I wouldn't say don't buy from them, but just be aware that you might not get the service or product you expected. And if that happens, be prepared to walk away from the money you paid.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar's Phone Wallet - A Complete Dud

So, I recently had an experience with Velvet Caviar that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I've ordered from them before and had a great experience, but this time around things didn't go so well. I ordered a neon pink iPhone case and AirPods Pro case, both of which looked just like the pictures and worked fine. However, I also ordered a black phone wallet that turned out to be a complete dud.

When I first put the wallet on my brand new neon case, it seemed to be on securely. But as soon as I put a single credit card in it, the sides of the wallet peeled away from the case and it fell off. I contacted support and they suggested wiping the case down with rubbing alcohol and holding the wallet on for 30-45 seconds. I did as they instructed, but the wallet still fell off as soon as I put a card in it. They then suggested leaving something heavy on it overnight, which I did, but the same thing happened again.

I asked for a refund and offered to send the case back, but they ignored my request and sent me a new one instead. I had a suspicion that it was just a bad product, and unfortunately I was right. I followed the same steps as before, but this time held the wallet on for a full minute and left textbooks on it for several hours. Again, as soon as I put a single credit card in the wallet, it fell off the case.

It's really disappointing to spend $15 on a product that doesn't work as advertised, especially when it had 5-star reviews. I loved Velvet Caviar before, but now I'm not so sure. I plan to leave reviews elsewhere as well, because I have a feeling they won't post this one to keep their ratings high. It's a shame, because I had a great experience with them before, but this one product has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd recommend saving your money and buying a case or stick-on phone wallet from somewhere else.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Velvet Caviar

I'm honestly not sure how Velvet Caviar has managed to gain such a following, because their customer service is just plain awful. I ordered a phone case on November 9th, and as a Canadian, I already knew it was going to be expensive to order from the US. But I thought the case was cute and they promised delivery within 6-12 business days to Canada. Well, it's now November 28th and when I check the USPS tracking they gave me, it still says "a shipping label has been prepared for your item at 4:02pm on November 9th. This DOES NOT indicated a receipt by USPS or the actual mailing date."

I reached out to them on November 13th because I was concerned that my case hadn't even left their hands from the 9th to the 13th. They got back to me quickly and told me how to track my order with a different link. But that link has been saying since November 10th that my case "is in transit to carriers US operations facility."

I waited a day to see if there would be any more tracking information, and on November 14th I contacted them again asking what exactly this tracking means. They told me it's in transit, but I told them it's not in transit, it's saying only a label has been made. They sent me a screenshot of the exact same tracking information and I asked how long it's supposed to take to get to their carrier facility. They explained that they're based in Salt Lake and the cases go to LA to be shipped to Canada. At this point, it was November 19th, so they were trying to tell me that it's taking (at that point) 9 days for the phone case to get from Salt Lake City to LA?

I asked how long it's supposed to take to get to Canada because they advertise 6-12 business days on their site and it had been 9 business days and it hadn't even gotten to LA yet to leave for Canada. On November 22nd, they apologized and said if I don't see any updated tracking in a couple of days, they will resend my order out. I waited until November 27th, and the tracking still had zero updates. I contacted them and let them know that.

They told me the problem is because of the Canada Post strike - which is odd considering MY PACKAGE HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE STATES YET! And they assured me I'm going to get my package before Christmas. That's nice... way past the 6-12 business days they say on their website. Then they also told me they're not going to reship my case because that would just cause additional delays (?) but they will refund my shipping costs.

That was yesterday, and I still haven't gotten my shipping costs refunded. I truly want the whole order refunded because it's ridiculous. At this point, I'm at 13 business days, they say it'll arrive in 6-12. They've told me they will reship my case, then change their minds. They will refund my shipping costs, then they DON'T. From their terrible tracking, it doesn't even look like the case has even left the US as of yet.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Velvet Caviar's customer service. They promise delivery within 6-12 business days, but it's been 13 and my package hasn't even left the US yet. They've promised to reship my case, then changed their minds, and they've promised to refund my shipping costs, but haven't done so yet. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you're looking for a reliable and efficient service.

Velvet Caviar Velvet Caviar Phone Cases: Overhyped and Disappointing

I recently stumbled upon Velvet Caviar's website after seeing an ad on Instagram showcasing their marble phone cases. The cases looked so luxurious and high-end, with iridescent features that made them stand out from the rest. I was immediately drawn in and decided to check out their website. To my surprise, they had over 1000 reviews and a 5-star rating for their Cotton Candy case, and 400 reviews for the Blue Opal case. I thought to myself, "Wow, this must be a great company with amazing products!"

Without hesitation, I ordered two cases to take advantage of their free shipping offer. I was eagerly waiting for my order to arrive, but when it finally did, I was extremely disappointed. The quality of the cases was terrible! They were made of the cheapest plastic material, and the marble design was just a sticker that was pixelated and peeling off from the sides. I was so upset that I immediately sent an email to their customer service team requesting a refund.

Their response was not what I was expecting. They tried to defend the poor quality of their product by saying that their cases were designed to be lightweight, thick TPU rubber plastic, and flexible. They also claimed that their cases had protection on all sides and shock-absorbing elements to help protect your phone from drops. While this may be true, it doesn't excuse the fact that the cases were of such poor quality.

What's worse is that they delete all the bad reviews on their website, making it seem like their products are flawless. I couldn't find any negative reviews when I went back to check, and I felt like I was going crazy. It's so shady and dishonest to delete negative reviews just to make your company look better.

Overall, I would not recommend Velvet Caviar to anyone. Their products are of terrible quality, and their customer service is not helpful at all. Save your money and buy a phone case from a more reputable company.

Velvet Caviar Velvet Caviar Review: Scammy Company with Shipping Issues and Poor Customer Service

So, I had an experience with Velvet Caviar that I just had to share. I ordered a phone case from their website on November 9th, and I was excited to receive it. However, things didn't go as planned. The case didn't arrive within the time frame they had outlined on their website, and I had to contact them myself to ask for a refund of my shipping costs. They did refund me quickly, but it made me wonder why they didn't do it in the first place.

When I reached out to them again on December 6th, I asked if my order was lost by USPS, as the tracking information showed that it was still in transit. They offered to reship my phone case to me at no cost, and they also gave me $10 off my next order. However, I never received a new tracking number, and my original tracking number showed that my package was already in motion. It took from December 7th to December 17th for my phone case to finally arrive.

When my package did arrive, I noticed something strange. There were two labels on it - one created on December 6th and one created on November 9th. It seemed like they had left my order sitting around their warehouse for a month, all the while telling me that it was on the way. When I posted a review on their Facebook page with pictures of the two labels, they deleted it. They also delete bad comments from Instagram and their website.

Despite all of this, I decided to give them a second chance and use the $10 off coupon they gave me. I placed a new order on December 28th, but it's been sitting in pre-shipment since December 31st. They keep telling me it's on its way, but the tracking information shows that USPS doesn't have the package yet. It seems like they still have the same shipping issues they've had all along.

Overall, I would not recommend Velvet Caviar. They are a scammy online company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. If they offer you discounts or coupons, don't use them.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar: Order Not Received and No Response from Customer Service

I ordered some really cool stuff from Velvet Caviar on June 22, 2020. I got the Sunflower MacBook case, Sunflower Daisy AirPods case, and Sunflower Daisy Clear iPhone Case. I was so excited to get them, but it's now August 16, 2020 and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them three times in the past four weeks, but I haven't heard back from them. I even asked for a refund or for them to resend my order, but still no answer.

I decided to do some investigating and contacted the USPS to see where my delivery shipment is. I also contacted my local post office to see if it had arrived, but they told me it didn't even enter the country. I'm really disappointed because I spent $82 USD on my order and I still don't have it.

To be fair, I did order some other stuff from Velvet Caviar a few days later (June 25-26, 2020) and it arrived just fine. I got an iPhone case, phone grips, and a privacy protector screen and I'm really happy with them. But I still want to know where my first order is and why nobody is answering my emails.

I really liked the design of the stuff I ordered, but if I had known their customer service was this bad, I wouldn't have ordered from them. It's really frustrating to spend money on something and not receive it or get any answers about it. I hope they can fix their customer service issues so other people don't have to go through what I did.

Velvet Caviar Mixed feelings about Velvet Caviar case: beautiful but faulty buttons and frustrating return policy

I gotta say, I was really excited when I got my Velvet Caviar case. It was so pretty, I just had to have it. But, like a lot of other folks, I had some trouble with the volume buttons. They just didn't seem to work right, and it was really frustrating. So, I reached out to the company to see if I could return it. They got back to me pretty quick, which was nice, and they even sent me a video to help me figure out how to use the buttons better.

I decided to give the case another try, even though I wasn't really feeling it. I had it on my phone for about a day, and I gotta say, I did get the buttons to work most of the time. But, there were still some issues, and I just didn't like how the case felt in my hands. So, I wanted to return it again.

But, here's where things got a little frustrating. The company wouldn't let me return it because they said it was "used". I mean, come on. I only had it on my phone for a day. And their return policy says it has to be in "pristine condition" and unused. I feel like they're just using that as an excuse to not take it back.

So, now I'm stuck with a case I don't like and can't use. And honestly, I don't think I'll be buying from Velvet Caviar again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Velvet Caviar PINK HOLOGRAPHIC GLITTER IPHONE Case Review: Cute but Lacks Promised Protection

I recently purchased the PINK HOLOGRAPHIC GLITTER IPHONE case from Velvet Caviar and I must say, it is a very cute case. However, I was a bit skeptical about the level of protection it would offer my iPhone. The product description claimed that it provided "Full Protection: Comes with full 360 degree bumper protection with access to all ports as well as a front raised lip to protect your phone screen." Unfortunately, this turned out to be false advertising.

After only 12 hours of having the case on my phone, my screen was shattered. I was disappointed to find that there was absolutely no front raised lip to protect my phone screen, despite what the product description had claimed. I had hoped that the case had some special ergonomic design that would somehow protect my phone, but this was not the case.

When I reached out to customer service, they recommended that I use a screen protector with every case for extra protection. While this is a good recommendation, it was not mentioned in the product description and I feel that it should have been.

Overall, I really loved the look of this case, but I was disappointed in the lack of protection it provided. If you do decide to purchase this product, I highly recommend using a screen protector to ensure that your phone stays safe.

Velvet Caviar False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Velvet Caviar Phone Cases

I was really hyped up about getting my hands on a Velvet Caviar phone case. But when it finally arrived in the mail, my excitement was quickly replaced with disappointment. The pictures on their website looked amazing, but the case I received was nothing like that. The print quality was pixelated and looked cheap. I thought maybe I just got a defective one, but after contacting customer service, they told me that's just how the cases look. I was really upset about this, especially since there are so many 5-star reviews for these marble cases. It seems like false advertising to me.

To make matters worse, their customer service was terrible. They refused to send me a replacement unless I paid for shipping, which meant I would have to eat the original shipping costs as well. I even sent them pictures of the poor print quality, but they still didn't see anything wrong with it. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't stand behind their products.

Honestly, if you're okay with being misled by false advertising, dealing with poor customer service, and getting a phone case that's no better than the cheap ones you find at mall kiosks, then go ahead and buy from Velvet Caviar. But if you want a quality product and good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere. And don't be fooled by their seemingly perfect ratings - something fishy is going on there. I doubt they'll even post my review, but I had to share my experience.

Velvet Caviar Velvet Caviar Decal Review: Beautiful Design, but Lacks Durability

I first laid my eyes on the Velvet Caviar decal when my cousin showed it off on her phone. I was immediately drawn to it and knew I had to have one for myself. When I finally received it, I was excited to put it on my phone. The application process was fairly easy, but I did have a bit of trouble with the back of the phone. The sides didn't quite fit around the logo cutout, but I managed to make it work.

After applying all the decals, I made sure to press down hard on the corners to ensure they would stay put. I left my phone alone for a few minutes to let the decals settle in. However, when I checked back on them just a couple of minutes later, I noticed that the corners were already starting to lift off. I tried applying more pressure, but the same thing happened again within a minute or two.

I'm worried that the decals won't last long, especially since I plan on carrying my phone around in my bag or back pocket. I'm afraid that dust and other debris will eventually get under the decals and cause them to lift off completely. Unfortunately, since I've already applied all the decals to my phone, I can't return them for a refund.

Despite these concerns, I have to admit that the Velvet Caviar decal looks absolutely stunning on my phone. It adds a touch of elegance and personality that I haven't seen with other phone cases or decals. Plus, it provides a nice grip that prevents my phone from slipping out of my hands. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I do wish the decals would stay on a bit better.

Velvet Caviar Cute Cases, Complicated Returns: My Experience with Velvet Caviar

I gotta say, I really like the cases from Velvet Caviar. They're super cute and they definitely keep my phone safe. But let me tell you, the return process has been a real pain in the butt. I ordered some cases on November 2nd, but then I went and got a new phone a few days later. So I reached out to them about exchanging the cases for ones that would fit my new phone. But they said I had to return the original order and then place a new one. Alright, fine, I can deal with that. So I ordered the new cases and sent back the old ones, following all the instructions they gave me. They said they'd include a return label with my new order, but when I got it, there was no label. So I contacted them again and they said they'd email me one. It took almost a whole week for me to finally get that label, and by then I was getting pretty frustrated. I sent the old cases back and they got them 11 days ago, but I still haven't gotten my refund. It's ridiculous! I've never had to deal with a return process this complicated and drawn out before. I've emailed them again, but if I don't get my refund in the next 48 hours, I'm gonna have to file a chargeback. If I ever buy from Velvet Caviar again, and that's a big if, I'll only do it through Amazon. At least they make returns easy and quick. It feels like I'm stuck in the 80s, waiting for a refund from a mail order catalog or something.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar's Black Friday Sale: Shipping and Customer Service Issues

I recently made a purchase on Velvet Caviar's website during their Black Friday sale. The website stated that my phone case would arrive within 3-6 business days, so I eagerly signed up for text updates to keep track of my delivery. However, to my disappointment, I never received any updates and the link they provided for updates showed that my product had not even shipped a full week after I placed my order.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to check their track package link to see if there was any progress. To my surprise, I found out that my package had actually shipped around the expected time despite their website saying otherwise. However, I also discovered that my package was not even in the right state and was already in-transit.

The following day, I received an email update from Velvet Caviar stating that my package had been delivered. However, when I checked my mailbox, there was no package to be found. I then checked the USPS site and it informed me that my package had been delivered back to the factory it was sent from.

Feeling frustrated and confused, I immediately emailed Velvet Caviar with a screenshot of the USPS site confirming that my package was not delivered to the correct address. I informed them that I had not received my package despite their email stating otherwise. However, a full day later, I still have not received a response from them or any indication that they are trying to fix this issue.

Based on other reviews I have read regarding their shipping and customer service, I am not sure if I will receive a resolution to this problem. It is disappointing to have such a negative experience with a company that I was excited to purchase from.

Velvet Caviar Disappointing Experience with Velvet Caviar: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I just had to share my experience with Velvet Caviar. I ordered a phone case during their Black Friday sale because I had just treated myself to a new iPhone XR and wanted to protect it. I placed my order on November 23rd, which was a Sunday, but their website said it would be processed the next business day. However, Monday came and went, and I didn't hear anything from them. I waited until Thursday and still no update, so I decided to email their support team.

It took them two days to respond, and they said they were backlogged because of Black Friday. I understood and waited a few more days before emailing again. Finally, on December 4th, I received an email with some tracking information. However, my package has been stuck at "In Transit To Carrier's US Operations Facility" for weeks. I'm not sure when I'll receive it, but it's been three weeks since I placed my order, and I'm beyond disappointed with their customer service and shipping.

If you're looking for a cute case at a good price, I would recommend AliExpress instead. Save yourself the time, frustration, and effort and order from somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Velvet Caviar Velvet Caviar Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!

This company, Velvet Caviar, is not one that I would recommend ordering from. I am the type of person who usually checks reviews before making a purchase, but I thought that the negative reviews were just a one-off situation and that it wouldn't happen to me. However, I was wrong. If you are like me and tend to ignore negative reviews, please don't make the same mistake I did.

I placed an order with Velvet Caviar on November 25th, and as of today, December 15th, my package still hasn't arrived. In fact, it hasn't moved since December 10th. I have noticed that my package regularly doesn't move for up to four business days. I have tried to contact Velvet Caviar numerous times, but each time they just send me a link to track my package, as if they didn't already do that before.

This morning, I received an email from Velvet Caviar asking me to review the product I ordered, as if I had already received it. It's clear that they don't even know who has received their product and who hasn't. I am starting to think that my package will never arrive, especially after reading other complaints from customers on their Instagram page.

I have decided to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back. It's clear that Velvet Caviar is a scam, and they have done this to many people. It seems like they allow some people to receive their packages so that they can have some good reviews, but for most people, you will either receive your package much later than expected or not at all.

I strongly advise against giving this company your money. There are other companies that sell similar products and will get them to you on time, with much better customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did, and avoid Velvet Caviar at all costs.
