BUYER BEWARE I wish i could give them ZERO stars. Avoid ordering from here AT ALL COSTS. they took my $300 over two weeks ago and have not heard a word from them. No one answers their listed phone number, and their email inbox is full.

Takes forever to get a response from cs, ordered 150$ to get free priority shipping, stuck me with standard shipping. Emailed them and they said they cant do anything about it multiple days later. Yet my order still isnt even been processed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I advice you go to another smoke shop you can trust. I placed my $140 order 9/25 & haven't received my vaporizer. I've made numerous attempts to call & email them & they have been non response. Extremely unprofessional company! BEWARE!

Items took upwards of two weeks to ship. Once items shipped (in 3 different batches across a week's time) i was shipped the wrong item. I reached out once while waiting for shipment to get an update because of long wait time, but no response was received. I then reached out again when i did not receive what I ordered. Again, no response. I am stuck with $120 worth of glass I do not want and did not order because this business refuses to answer or contact customers who are wronged. Terrible customer service. Terrible shipping times. Good product.

Nothing but problems with my order. They didn't send me the tracking info for a week, and when I did receive it, it didn't work. The item I received was 9" tall, but the one they advertise is 12". They have since changed the website. Brian was supposed to send return label and never did. They advertise fast returns. I also left a review on their website and it appears they doctored it so it didn't say everything I complained about. The date was changed, but it's my name. The review is not what I submitted. Now I am afraid if I send the item, they won't process the return.

I ordered an item and selected the color from two available choices. I was sent the wrong color time and they will not correct the issue, even after several attempts to reach them on the phone and by email.

I ordered two glass pieces from their online website www.smokecartel.com and they charged me but I never received my products. I emailed them numerous times over the past two months with not a single response.

Placed an order with them 4/30 and have not heard anything from them since. I've emailed them twice asking about my order and no response. They used to be great years ago but now apparently they are just a scam

The product that I ordered was never shipped. After 10 days of no tracking number I emailed asking about my product and was emailed back several days later saying they apologized and would get my item right out with a tracking number. That was 3 weeks ago. No calls or emails have been answered since.

Purchased item two weeks ago , including express shipping and protection , was told would ship a week ago , have emailed clearly requesting refund and cancellation as it now says delivering from Hong Kong , they are ignoring these requests and instead sent me tracking number and ignore all other parts of my email.

Had a extremely terrible purchasing experience with Smoke Cartel. As a result of that, I have asked for a full refund 3 times now. Every time I ask, they ignore me. It's clear they don't want to and have no intentions of refunding my money. Hoping this complaint will get the ball rolling. I can't wait to leave review!

I ordered a Trio smoke pipe. When I received it. I charged it. I put it to use. It heated up and upon draw hot coals entered my mouth. There was no screen for protection. Also the tip got so hot. within a second it burned blisters on my upper and lower lip. I do have pictures. I have called left messages. I have emailed. No answer. I did get a response. They would look into it. Nothing else. This is dangerous it will burn you. Nothing in the directions says anything about excessive heat .

I placed my order almost a week ago on 3/17. It states on there website it ships within two business days. It's now the 22nd of March and still nothing has been done with my order. I try to email, live chat, and text and get no response yet it states on their website they have 24/7 customer support. This item was a gift and now won't be here on time which makes the gift useless especially since it hasn't even shipped yet. Honestly, its irritating to be ignored especially when they already took my money ($58.22). Order number is 387774

I placed an order with *** on May 7th totaling $578.70. They sent a portion of my order totaling $80.33 which i did receive. I have sent numerous emails, which i have copies of, multiple phone calls with no answer, and reached out on *** trying to get the remaining items in my order. I was finally contacted by *** at *** and she informed me on June 27th that most of the items i ordered are not in stock. I responded on June 27th and said to send the 3 items that are in stock totaling $123.05 and refund the remaining balance to my credit card. I received a refund of $273.13 but still have not received the items that she said would be shipped out immediately. I ended up leaving a review of *** on *** to see if i could get a response other than "email our ***" The person that responded said that i was refunded for the unfilled portion of my order which is not true. *** still owes me either $123.05 of the products not shipped plus the $92.00 remaining balance of products that are not in stock or a refund to my credit card of $215.05.
