Jordan Mendoza was very professional at his job at my house today.
We had been having a hard time finding someone to service our AC and our plumbing. After going through a lot of non-professionals, I am very pleased with this company.

Very unexperienced workers, flooded several of our friends homes & the owner talks to people like he is somehow superior and makes you feel very small. Company has become very greed driven since new management has taken over. Please beware.

Wesley and his partner were awesome. Came quickly. Gave an accurate quote. Were very polite, personable and neat. They finished in an acceptable amount of time. And they didnt let my crazy barking dogs drive them nuts. ☺ We are extremely happy and will call them again.

Ric with Mr Dan's Plumbing is a great, highly skilled technician. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, thorough. This company with its technicians, office staff, have been the best I have ever encountered. Call them before any other company first. You will save time and money .

Billy cleaned out my septic tank in a fast but professional manner. Checked my field lines and provided me with the best biological drain and septic treatement cleaner (BioOne) on the market! I have used Mr. Dans Plubing for over 20 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks Billy!

Jordan was just great at what he does. Mr. Dan's always sends people that know what they are doing and ones that I trust to enter my home. Jordan took care of air and Anthony was sent for plumbing issues and he was great. Will continue to use as I am a member of their Comfort Keepers program. Top notch company.

Mr. Dan's Plumbing is highly recommended! Wesley and Brady did a outstanding job. They were patient and thorough. What was especially impressive was their effort to take care of our house while they did their work. Nothing was damaged or hurt in any way. Wesley is very good at explaining the work that needs to be done.

I called because my wife found a leak in our basement I called and Ben and Ric came out and they did and evaluation of of the rest of the plumbing / pipes. Thankful that they did because we had 2 leaks in our crawl space area that we where unaware of. I feel like if you have a problem with and of your plumbing or pipes call Mr. Dans plumbing

Reid from Mr Dan's plumbing came this am to do my HVAC inspection. He was on time_ professional_ very skilled. The job was done efficiently and in s short time. He is a great tech. Informed me of a few concerns_/informed me of the easy repair and cost. So polite and well mannered. I only use this company after negative experiences with 2 others. Best Hvac/plumbing in town.

Matthew and Derek at Nr Dans did a magnificent job. Extremely skilled, knowledgeable, very nice, very professional. Fixed 2 things that was was additional to my Hvac maintenance inspection. Mr Dan's in my opinion is the best company for Hvac/ plumbing that you can hire. If you want to have expert, professional service, I suggest you ditch what you have and contact Mr Dans.

Mr Dan's plumbing is to me the best plumbing company in our area. Judd and Kaleb came today. Inspection for plumbing . Found a few issues. Fixed the one most needed today. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, taught me several things . Quality work every time. Used another company couple of years ago with disastrous results. Have a plumbing or Hvac issue-- Mr Dan's will take care of it expertly.

The staff at Mr Dan's Plumbing,Heating & Cooling are very well trained, professional, courteous and on time. We have used their services several times in the last couple years and have been well pleased each time. Our recent service call was Wednesday for our air conditioning unit. Jordan was very helpful with options to correct the problem . Today Jordan and Brandon had everything repaired . These young men are very polite, professional and helpful. I recommend Mr. Dan's Oxford, Alabama to anyone needing help with problems both large and small.

I called Mr. Dan's about a water heater not working expecting them to add me on their schedule and come to check it out in a few days. Wesley called me just after lunch on the same day and came within a few minutes. He was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. We agreed that the heater need to be replaced and he told me he could do that the same day knowing that he would have to work very late to get finished. He stayed until 7:00 to finish the job. All work was done correctly and I will definitely call Mr. Dan's the next time I need plumbing work done even though they are a little pricey.

Our heating and cooling system had seen better days, was old, not working, not worth fixing. We asked Mr. Dan's to put us on the schedule for a HVAC technician to come measure our rooms and give us a price on a new system. HVAC technician Jeremy M came. From the get go, he was pleasant, smiled and was mannerly. He is also knowledgeable, professional and didn't mind answering our questions. He explained advantages of the new system, but at no point did he put us under pressure to make that investment. Our decision was to get a new system. Jeremy is back today with a co-worker taking the old system out and installing the new one! Pleasantness plus quality work equals a good experience and reason for recommendation. I highly recommend Jeremy M. We have had several dealings with Mr. Dan's over the past few years and every time it was a good experience. They do quality work.
