Sam D was awesome. Great customer service, friendly, answered all my questions. And I did have a lot of them, lol. Also steered me in the right direction as into what kitchen faucet, and water system he recommended. I will be recommending Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to my friends and family. Lifeline has top-notch customer service. I recommend them to everyone. I'll use them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs forever. Chris S. is our favorite tech - extremely knowledgable and friendly - made our install go smoothly and comfortably - precise, clean, expert work. Can't praise them enough!

Kevin came to the house to repair several leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. He was efficient; knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. A true professional, he gave me all my options, thoroughly explained the issue and expeditiously made the repairs. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Lifeline plumbing was fantastic. They came out quickly, assessed my issues and gave me a detailed and informative description of what needed to be done. Sam D in particular was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. Home issues can be disheartening at times but SamD and Lifeline made things easy for me.

Sam from Lifeline did an excellent job. He reviewed the work and price previously discussed, answered additional questions, and did the work quickly and easily without issue. Without being asked, Sam had a mask on and put on shoe protectors before entering the home. You can't go wrong using Lifeline, they are experts!

Consistently positive experiences with Lifeline Plumbing. Calls before, safety number 1 concern with masks and shoe coverings. Clearly explained scope of work. Left the area near and tidy. Sam is a great service tech! He's helped us at both of our homes, and has been particularly helpful replacing old equipment and helping us resolve issues at our new house. He communicates well and always makes sure the job is done well. He's had to go above and beyond w/ a few tricky issues and we appreciate this greatly. Would definitely recommend!

Miguel as a person from what I heard appear to be very polite. The service call seemed very pitched as marketing type. The line was not opened do to a obstruction very expensive considering we just at the same service that same day at a different place. Like I said Miguel did a good job as a sales representative for lifeline plumbing But I would not use lifeline ever again absolutely not.

Lifeline plumber Jon was excellent: calm, positive, professional and competent! We had a bad ejector pump and were on the border of a basement disaster...he identified the problem(s), offered solutions and made the fix expeditiously and without any difficulties. Jon communicated clearly and with both confidence and ease. I'll use them again without hesitation and I'll ask for Jon. Thank you!

I had pipes freeze and burst above my garage. They were thorough for how quickly the worked, and fixed the problem properly. They had found an additional burst in another pipe and were able to fix that as well with hardly any additional time spent. They worked very well. I just wish the pricing wasn't so much obviously for the unexpected situation arising, though it is not the fault of the plumber himself. So 5 stars.

Had a sump pump fail and was on our puny backup pump through a thunderstorm. Sam and Brandon were able to come out the next day, explained the current system, recommended and installed a new and much better one. In a neighborhood in which the water table and natural springs are a common issue we deal with, having this new system and knowing Lifeline is close by and easily reachable and responsive gives a lot of peace of mind.

Jimmy was so very helpful with dealing with an emergency furnace issue I had. He clearly communicated with me about when he would arrive, he found and explained the furnace issue in a way that I would understand, and he brought me such relief by his help with fixing the furnace issue on this very cold day. Jimmy even made friends with my dog while getting the job done! I will gladly ask Jimmy at Lifeline for help with future home help in the future!

Mike D is the man that makes Lifeline Plumbing worthy of praise and appreciation for quality work and exceptional service. I always ask for him when I have a problem with plumbing in the house. He is also my " go to " technician for advice on possible future needs regarding plumbing . I am a club member with Lifeline Plumbing and I can attest to Mike's outstanding competence in making plumbing repairs in my home over the past number of years. Thanks Mike !

My mother had a leak from her toilet. Kevin came out to do the repair & was super friendly & very knowledgeable. He fixed the leak but there was a bigger problem involved. He took his time to explain exactly what else would need to be done & was able to answer all questions. He then set up another appointment for next week. We feel very confident in his ability to get the problem fixed. We would highly recommend him & Lifeline to anyone having plumbing issues.

Sam D. did a great job to fix and reset a toilet that was leaking due to a worn out and broken seal between the toilet and the floor. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated the problem along with its solution to my satisfaction. He was also training a new employee on best practices for that particular toilet issue, and it was evident that Sam took interest and pride in training other plumbers. After this positive experience, I would recommend Sam to others with similar plumbing issues.

Mike T. is clearly very knowledgeable about sump pumps and kindly answered our many questions. He was honest in assessment of the status of our pumps and presented different options. In the end, we decided to replace our main sump pump and change our battery for the back up pump. When he was completed with the installation, Mike showed us pictures of everything he worked on (our pumps are in the crawl and not easily accessible). He was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to entrust the care of our home to. I would recommend Lifeline and Mike T. to my friends and family. The reviews I read online are an accurate reflection of our experience today with this company! I'm happy that I have a go-to plumbing company now for any future needs!
