I have submitted a claim on my Nissan Almera 2016 on the 1 July 2025 to Motorite for my gearbox. At first there was something wrong with the Dealer Repair portal for the dealer could log a claim for 3 weeks and until today Today the claim is not approved. It has been a full month i submitted a claim and my car is still standing. This week i received an email saying the claim is rejected based on a late service for the gearbox which is not part of the car service. Nissan has confirmed as well there is requirement for the gearbox to be serviced with the car service. It is not a serviceable part.
