Ordered a Trail Master T5 on 12/13/2024. Received it just a few days later just before Christmas. I wasn't expecting it that soon. Satisfied. However, have not received MSO / Title / Bill of Sale. Cannot get them to return my calls, emails or webpage inquiries. I'd like to get my bike legally registered in my state. Before that, I had requested a PDF link or source suggestion to the electrical system of my purchase. No help. If not resolved soon, may contact BBB.

Recommendation: Mixed thoughts.

Contact MotoBuys.com now. You should send it using certified mail and ask for the MSO/Title/Bill of Sale. Prove that you bought it and set a time frame within which they are supposed to solve the problem. If they don’t do anything, then go over their head to your state attorney general or DMV for assistance in registering your bike. Complain to consumer protection agencies where necessary.
