I walked in to the office just to ask for the cleaning people that just dust the floor, I kept my room clean but just wanted to come back to a fresh room, bed was made everything was neat and have photo to show it. Before he can acknowledge my request he saw my dog and told me I cannot bring my dog to the office, so I apologize and left, a couple of hours later my key wasn’t working so I stopped by at the office but I stayed at the door, he again told me the same thing about my dog meanwhile my dog was just at the doorway, so I got annoyed and reminded him about pet friendliness, then he tells me some other dog peed inside that’s why he doesn’t allow dogs, to end my argument I asked him for his bosses name, he refused to give it and also refused to provide his name … it would have been a perfect stay because I called my family last night and bragged how motel 6 in Monterey Fremont is clean and very well lit and I feel safe. After this guys rudeness, never again …
