Motel 6 review: service

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been staying at Motel 6 on Dyer road for several years on and off, I have
never had any problems and have always been extremly pleased after my stay.
Unfortunetly, I bought a week here on 11/27/2012 and have had more problems
with clogged toilets, mildew smelling carpet, noisy neighbors and
COCKROACHES. Room 161 did not have sheets on the bed the lights were
missing lightbulbs or had broken lightbulbs still in them. The most over powering
stench of mildew, wet carpet in bathroom area, we waited for quite sometime
when maintenance finally arrived to inspect. We were told nothing was wrong that
the carpet was getting wet from the shower. How is that when we have towels
down and we wipe up the floor after we shower? And the blood splatters on the
wall that I was told was paint? You have got to be kidding me, IF IT WAS PAINT
MY FIANCE WOULDNT OFF BEEN ABLE TO JUST WIPE IT OFF WITH A
RAG.I Waited several hours for clean sheets of course having to call a dozen
times, I went to put my belongings in drawers and found cockroaches. At this
point Im exhausted and very displeased with this distasteful stay. Then the noise
starts, on top of my room and next door. It was loud but bearable, as time went on
the noise level escalated, Upstairs there was huge thuds and booms, blaring
music, had people continously knocking on our door mistaking our room for the
room next to us, yelling sexual profanities, sexual remarks, then the fight broke
out, It started in the hallway then into the room, I called front desk to have security
dispatched and was told they were on their way, yelling screaming rude and
obscene profanity continued on but the fighting was over, security was still
nowhere to be found, it now being 2 am things settled down. i was finally able to
sleep. Finally changing rooms on 12/2/2012, we were now in 164 of course we
had to call immediatly due to clogged toilet, phone was not working, there were no
towels, bathroom fan making noise.I have been treated so poorly and my stay has
been so problematic, Yet Motel 6 has not made any attempts to accomodate me
for all the problems i have went through.
