On saturday, february 23, my husband and I checked in to this motel 6, unit 115... We did not get any sleep that night because the a/c, heater unit kept going on and off every 5 minutes, keeping us awake... So we decided to get out of bed at 5:00 a.M. To get ready to leave... No coffee machine, and no water pressure in the shower... None, the water literally dribbled out of the shower head... We were in a hurry to get out of there to find some coffee, so I inadvertently left two packages of contact lenses on the sink... I called the motel this a.M. Monday, february 25... The manager said he would call me back but has not... These packages were worth $80.00... I am a senior citizen and that is a lot of money to me... We have stayed at a lot of hotels/motels and this one is the worst experience we have ever had.

I stayed in Lufkin, Texas I was owed a penny for my change but I was told that this establishment does not use pennies That is theft one penny is still change and I want my penny. The sheets were dirty with cig. burns and the towels were thread bear. This place is a joke The one employee that was the most helpful is gone. There water the night I checked in, had I been told there was a leak being replaced I would not have stayed I expected water and everyone who stayed that night was put on DO NOT RENT list so no one could complain to corporate office
