The sinks did not drain properly. When the maintenance man came to fix them, he dropped a plug in the toilet and flushed it which caused the toilet to clog and needed to be replaced which meant we were unable to access the room. We found black mold in the rooms & on the bedding. Owner was unconcerned about the mold then kicked us out for complaining stating we refused to pay which was not the case at all. I asked for a refund of at least one of the eleven nights we had paid for due to the health concerns and issues we experienced and he was not willing to accommodate at all.
Claimed loss: Had to find a new hotel on short notice as we were over 7hrs from home. I got sick from being in the room full of mold. We still had to pay over $1000 to stay here even after all that.
