MorningSave review: Defective product

I ordered 3 Thermajane thermal sets. 2 Sets for myself in Medium size and 1 set in Large size to give to a friend. When the items arrived , I tried them on immediately. To my surprise, the pants were too loose around my waist that as I take steps, the pants immediately fell down to my knees.[Yes, that loose !] The shirts were fine, but not the pants. I contacted MorningSave and explained my problem to which they replied if I wanted to return all I am responsible for the return mailing fee, much to my surprise ! I was returning them because they were defective. Why must I be charged for the return mailing fee ? Then there was another order I made of a Savvy Cie jewelry which I never received to which they claimed was delivered. I am very disappointed with this company. I thought they were trustworthy.
