Before purchase I asked the more team for payment method whether you have Sodexo or not. They told Sodexo payment available. After purchase in the billing counter they told me that Sodexo card payment only available and not the virtual Sodexo by mobile. And they are not taking back the purchased items, instead forced me to pay from any other method.

I'm Davinder Singh residence kharar, Mohali in Punjab. Price on slip is more than mrp. In the market I see that price of ground but is nearly 100-120 kg. as marked MRP rate is 130 but they give me worth of Rs 150. Solve this issue as soon as possible. Kindly please check your price an dbriefly tell me about prices why it is costlier than usual rate.

I am your customer today I buy some items from indore more mega store wich is in c21 mall..
As I came to exist door then your security guard checked my items to match my bill but they found one items not matched with bill that was mistake of your cashier but they blam me and they have taken my items back to cash counter and check in cctv footage and insulting me.. Even I told them I didn't do this... And my customer seeing me like and my theft..
I am in well reputed professional and it's fell insult to me... And very bad..
I will going to take legal action to regarding your staff misbehaving.. Even they did not called store manager even I request to them..
Please take action about this otherwise I will go for court in this matter..

Past several years I am purchasing provisions and groceries in More since the quality is good and the price is reasonable. All the time we do not weigh the groceries before billing since no one will usually get doubt if the weighing machine in billing counter is correct or not.
Today I wanted to purchase some vegetables for 500 gms each. There was a weighing machine kept near groceries for the customers to measure and purchase. When I checked Onion, this machine showed weight as 480 gms. The same onion weighed 515 gms in the billing counter. There was a difference of 30 gms. I was shocked with this difference and made workers in the store itself to check in both machines and they found that the machine is billing counter gave higher readings. Since it was a mistake from their end they did not argue with me and restarted the machine.
I am not blaming More but the worker in this particular branch (More Supermarket Banaswadi, Bangalore) is cheating customers. Every vegetable packet weighs extra in the billing counter.

Please take necessary action on the workers in this branch. I would like to continue purchasing in More but this is the only branch closer to my house.

I am a regular customer of your good store situated at sector 37 Chandigarh. It is complaint or suggestion regarding a product i.e. Dabur Almond oil which i added my cart twice on dated 12th of august 2020 as well as on 13.09.2020 which shows MRP 280 but offer price Rs. 230 for the packing of 500Ml and it also shows 100 Ml free same oil with it. But when i reached the bill counter they unable to gave me this scheme at this price along with 100 Ml. This is for your information and necessary action please.

Dear More Megastore,

Today while we were shopping at your store in C21 Mall, Indore(MP), we got thugged out by one of the BILLING COUNTER STAFF named Anuj(stated on bill) by billing us for Ratna 10pc thali set of ₹450 which was not in our shopping cart and now when we are trying to contact the customer care number they are not reachable. Kindly do the needful and revert us as soon as possible.

P.S. bill timing is 20:20 kindly check half an hour prior Cctv footage for verification of our plea.

This is chitikela. praveen I have been to more mega store (total mall) at madivala bangalore for shopping.

I have purchased some products along with
1. Sonic1:20 Four Funcion R/C
2. Anjali Aluminium Toaster Large
and some other items.
I went to the checkout to pay the bill, the staff are really not aware of what is the discount on the product,
I had even had word with the staff saying that the discount of the products. but still he says he cannot help on this,
so I had to reach to the customer service kiosk.
I was shocked the way the customer service desk as responded to the customers, I had to wait around 1:40 mins along with my family and kid.
staff and come and I have to go to the floor to show the hoardings that have been displayed to the staff, do you expect the customer to go to the floor to show where this hoardings
are displayed and what is the discount on the product? I had gone three times on the floor to show once to the staff at floor and next 2 times with the manager of the store.
And there are everywhere big hoardings displayed near the products.
"This is what i was not expecting from the staff how can the staff say to the customers saying you are lieing".
Do you think that customers had to lie for just discount, you should be very careful talking to customers, is this the way you treat customers ?
Do you think you are monooly what ever you do it's fine, we as customers are seeing and listening to this.

But what surprised I was asking the staff to check and bill but he is least bothered to check for the customers.
This is just cheating and fooling the customers, by placing the products in the bin on the floor where there would be promotional offer products.
And when I ask the staff about the price of the products and discounts they are not aware of them.

I went to customer service desk but I see there is only one person who is assisting the customers, how can only one person handle at evening.

I really do not understand how can you ask the customer to show the displayed hoardings on the floor and regarding the discount?

It's not one item but it's all the three items with no proper discount.

Is this the way you respond to customers?

This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on more mega store (total mall).

Request higher officials to take and action and contact me.

I m a customer of more store situated in rupnagar Punjab, pin 140001. Yesterday I purchase some items from store and gave my credit card, transaction approved but slip from machine comes without printing anything but balance deducted .. Employee again swipe my credit card asking that txn not done ... Payment deducted twice .. so you are requested please look into the matter ... And refund my excess payment... Payment amount is rupee two hundred twenty two (222) only...I am also attaching my credit card screen screen short...

I have asked the customer service desk staff to call up to the manager, it took overall they kept me waiting for more than 1 hr 20 mins.

I must compliment your the choice of products and variety of items available at reasonable market rates. Unfortunately senior citizens with physical disability are forced to walk after their cars are parked in basement and coming out of the lift. When this was pointed out, we were told to contact the management who were not available nearby.Pl ensure that customers are allowed to disembark in front before sent to basement for senior citizens and people with disabilities Thanking you, k.B.Kansan[former D.G.C.A] [protected].
