We called Moreno Roofing Solutions as our neighbor recommended them for an estimate. We then found out that our roof was the same age as others in our area, so we decided it was time to get a new tile roof. Moreno Roofing Solutions is a very professional company, and their representative, John Moreno, explained everything in detail. My husband is a roofing expert, having worked on roofs in Wisconsin, and he asked many questions that John answered honestly and in detail. John gave us his bid, which was more than fair. He also said that if we got other bids, he would do his best to match them. He promised that he and his team would do their very best, and they certainly did. John and his guys were courteous, friendly, and hardworking. They finished the job on time as promised. We were truly impressed with their work ethic. John paid attention to every detail, was always prompt, kept his appointments, and even returned to our neighborhood to provide bids to others who were interested. He did his best to match their other bids and gave his word that they would do their best. He was so courteous and showed us that he deeply cares about his business and doing right by people, including his workers. It's clear that his business is growing because you can trust his word and their work ethic. P.S. This family owned business is professional and easy to work with. Not only was Benito's bid very reasonable but he was personable, the crew was efficient, courteous and cleaned up. I also had to have the solar panels removed and replaced, which Benito handled with assurance and quality. He even assisted me with additional paper work when my loan underwriter needed a detailed receipt. This is the company to go with.

Benito Moreno is honest, gives a good explanation of any work that needs to be completed, is reliable, has EXCELLENT follow through and does an OUTSTANDING job! We hired Benito to correct repairs that had been made on a TPO flat roof. Benito did a wonderful job. I have recommended Benito to many of my clients to make roof repairs and entire re-roofs. I shopped nine different roofing contractors when it was time to replace our 20 year old roof and prices were all over the place. Moreno was reasonable but more importantly, responsive and professional. The owner, Benito, explained in detail what our roof needed, how they would do the work, worked very closely with the solar company who had to remove and replace our panels and did an outstanding job. Benito has followed up with me to make sure of my satisfaction and has even agreed to come back and inspect the roof after the solar people walked all over it and likely cracked some tiles. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Our insurer initially said that our roof was NOT damaged enough from the wind to file a claim. Benito met with the adjuster and examined our roof and found two of the four slopes of the roof were indeed wind damaged. The insurance agreed to pay for the damage so with that money we decided to pay the rest and have a new roof put on our home. It looks great. The adjuster even asked Benito to help with 3 other homes she was going to inspect. The work was done right, they cleaned up and left us better than they started. Benito was easy to contact and always returned my calls. A friend recommended him to us and we are glad we chose Moreno roofing.

After noticing one or two shingles on our roof coming up, we called the company that installed the roof. They gave us an estimate of $300 to fix it, even though we thought the fix would be under their warranty. They claimed it was wind damage, so not covered. We called Moreno Roofing and Benito came out, fixed the minor issue and didn't charge us anything! He also checked the rest of the roof. He told us the problem was the other company used too short of nails and it wasn't wind damage after all. The repair should have been covered under the warranty from the other company. He was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would definitely recommend this company.

He was engaged in making false statements after my original quote was received. During aftermath, he's making up stories about emails sent, etc., kicking can down the road. Finally, I hear him say another ROC member's name, "and I know his estimates are reasonable." Touche, Bentito, touche. But I didn't ask you to provide a review of another ROC member. You were asked to generate two bids and you did not. So although he's a charming young man with lots of potential, no doubt, he's not on a path that ends well for his customers. Once you engage in renege, that leads to outright lying, and then radio silence. rather than put folks through that with false promises, just say from the get-go: "Dude, I cannot efficiently compete in converting your roof from shingles to metal panels in spite of my website saying this is the case." That way, I'll be like, dang, at least he's up front about it. Honesty counts here, right?
