I gotta say, Secured Roofing And Solar did a pretty good job with my roof. They checked it out and talked to my insurance guy, and everything went pretty smooth. They got the work scheduled pretty quick, and now I'm just waiting for them to install it.

Rich B. Got my new roof done on 04/13. They came on time and worked fast and good. They cleaned up everything real nice. The roof color was just what I wanted and it makes my house look better. I'm happy with how it turned out.

So we were lookin' to get our shingle roof replaced and we got a bunch of quotes. Ended up goin' with Secured Roofing 'cause they were super knowledgeable and professional, plus their price was real good. Highly recommend these guys!

We was so happy with Secured Roofing And Solar. They did a great job on our roof. The shingle they used, Owens Corning Sand Dune, looks so good. Dale and Stephen was really nice and professional. The crew finished in just over a day.

Ima homeowner who does it all and was super nervous about getting a new roof put on. Greg from Secured Roofing in NJ came through like champs. From the installers to the sales, everything went perfect. Can't find a nail nowhere in my yard. Definitely happy Secured Roofing did the job, recommend them for sure!

This company is terrible. They messed up my insurance report by saying that the damage to my roof happened over a year ago. The insurance company said no to my claim just because of that date - even though it was hard to know when the damage really happened. This company made me lose a lot of money because they didn't know what insurance covers.

I hired Secured Roofing and Solar to fix my roof after the wind messed it up. Steve *** was in charge and he promised to get it done. He kept his promise and did a great job. Steve was awesome at dealing with my insurance company and getting the roof fixed. We're happy with all the work that was done.

Secured Roofing and Solar is a real good company. They helped us out with everything, from looking at our roof, talking to the insurance company to make the claim, and being there when the insurance guy came. The insurance company said yes and now we're just waiting for our new roof. I've seen their work and they're really good at it.

These dudes did my roof in one day and didn't even stop for lunch. They showed up early and only took one break. I told the boss man that I wanted them to clean up good and they did. My neighbor already had Secured do his roof and two more are getting bids. I told the guy who gave me the estimate to give me his best price and I got it done for cheaper than I thought. What more can you ask for?

I ain't gonna do biz with these guys... My experience started when I asked for a quote online. Then, I got a text from Brian who called me the wrong name. He told me to call him to set up an estimate. I left a message, but later that day, Brian texted me again, asking me to call him. I told him I already did and left my number for him to call me back. When he finally called, he said he didn't see my message and didn't check his phone. Whatever, things happen, right? So, we set up an appointment for the next day between 9 and 9:30 AM. But, Brian called me at 7:30 AM and said he double booked and needed to move me to 12 noon. As a representative of their company, Brian made a really bad "FIRST IMPRESSION" and it doesn't make me want to do biz with them, especially when it's gonna cost me thousands of dollars.

The replaced white rain drip aka facia looks like it was mangled and looks worse than the prior facia that was damaged by the gphail storm..

There are so many reasons why this company should receive ZERO stars that I am not sure I can list them all.

First and FOREMOST - they are LIARS - their person, Joe Vasquez, whose card says he is a FIELD MANAGER, was in our neighborhood after a very bad hail storm, obviously preying on the casulaties of the storm.

When we spoke with Joe he repeatedly assured us that THEY would do all repairs and if they could not do them THEY would arrange to have whatever company come out and do the repairs and as such we are to sign over the WHOLE insurance check to them to handle everything.

Joe went out of his way to ensure THEY would take care of everything. That was until they had the check in their hands. Then the TRUTH of all HIS LIES came out.

"Oh, no, we are not doing that or that or that or that - actually we are not going to do anything except the roof and we will cut you a check so you can go figure out how to get everything else fixed."

They had scheduled a date for repair, changed it, changed it again, changed it again and talked to me on the phone to make sure it was ok that they would not be out on the last date change, which I assured them was ok as I would not be home the day they were going to do the work. This was good.

Guess what!? They showed up when we were not here and alledgely did the whole roof in ONE DAY! Every other company, including them took three days to do a roof repair, except out very large 2-story house, they somehow did in ONE DAY, while they knew we were not here.

Then I asked them for an accounting of what they supposedly did and instead all I got was a check in the mail which is way less (about $2000 less) than what will be needed to do all the "NON-ROOF repairs" as stated on the check.

They previously told me someone would call me about my issues, no one did. They defelct to someone else who never answers the phone and you have to leave them a message which does not get returned.

I will be discussing this company with the BBB and my home insurance company to ensure they do NOT get any more business for insurance repairs.

I look out our 2nd floor windows at the roof and it still looks exactly the same after the storm. They did NOT do the whole roof and who knows how much they did.

They tore a hole in our pool enclosure screen and when they showed up to "fix" they replaced the panel with a totally different screen material, DId not have the right size spline and so used some black goop to try to seal the screen. That panel is loose, has holes in and they continue to refuse to address this issue as well.

JOE and the whole company are obviously insurance scamming people, preying on victims of storms like an ambulance chasing lawyer.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INSURANCE REPAIRS!

I gave Secured Roofing And Solar $15,000 to fix my roof 8 months ago. But now my ceiling is cracked and it took them 4 months to come and check it out. They said it needed repair from the roof, but it took another 4 months and 8 different visits from 4 young guys who didn't know what to do. My ceiling now looks two-tone and bumpy. I feel like they're ignoring me on purpose, even though I'm a 72-year-old disabled vet.

I hired Secured Roofing to fix my roof on 6/2. They did a good job replacing the damaged roof, but they forgot to connect the dryer vent to the exit pipe from the dryer. I didn't realize this until I had the dryer vent cleaned and the test for heat roof vent didn't have hot air exit through the roof vent. I called Secured Roofing on 8/30 to come and fix the problem, but the employee who came out couldn't fit into the space to hook up the pipe. He said he would send a smaller person to fix it, but we've been calling them almost every day since then and no one has come out to fix it. This is a fire hazard and we're worried about a fire starting because our gas lines run in the attic. It's a dangerous situation for us.

Roof work started on May 25th and still ain't done yet. They said they'd be done on 6/17 but there were 6 leaks in the highest roof part all on the same side of the building. They didn't put in any crickets per code at the 2 chimneys and there was a lot of punch items. When they took off the roof, all the gutters got messed up and they said they'd replace them but they still haven't. There was a big pile of trash and stuff in my yard until 9/2 and now my yard is dead in that spot. They tried to fix some stuff 3 times but there's still a leak in my upper roof. They keep saying they'll fix it but they haven't. They haven't had a full crew here in over 90 days and I think they ditched the job. They also say in their ads that ALL their workers are direct employees but I've had 3 different sub crews.
