Victors Home Solutions Roofing Company deserves a 5 star review and more. It began with the roofing inspector, who was knowledgeable and thorough. He sold the job with his straight forward assessment of the problem. Followed with the confidence he showed regarding the work his company produces coupled with fair pricing. The installation crew was professional, polite and orderly. After leaving, we found a small problem and within an hour the crew returned and resolved the issue. Victor, the owner has reached out to make sure we were thrilled with the results. Who offers service like this any more? Victors Home Solutions Roofing does. Thank you for job well done!

The whole experience with Victor's Roofing was top notch. From the first sales call, which was very professional and friendly. They were equipped with samples, and were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Continual follow up by the whole staff was very pleasant and appreciated. The crew was on time, professional and everything happened exactly the way they laid it out from the beginning. They finished in 6 hours and did a great clean up job. The post inspection went as planned as well. The "NEW CUSTOMER" gift was a very nice touch and unheard of these days. I would recommend Victor's Roofing to anyone looking for their services.

Victor Roofing gave me an estimate to do my roof for $20,000. In the middle of the roof job with my roof wide open and "ALL THE BOARDS OFF" the roof, Victor (Nate)called me and told me Victor need an additional $6200 to complete the roof so the roof turned out to be $26,200. $6200 more then the estimate, I don't think that was fair at all to call me when the roof is "COMPELTETLY WIDE OPEN WITH ALL THE BOARD OFF THE ROOF". I didn't say anything about an employee at Victor falling through a tenant's ceiling! Sam was mean, Aaron or Andrew was misleading and Victor will not give me a phone call back. Please do not use this Victor Roofing.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Victors Roofing on my new roof. It was a very difficult and long day for them as they needed 30 new boards under my salt box roof, I am less happy with the “loan" allowing me one year to pay for it. If I had known it would involve dealing with a sleazy loan company in Florida I woul probably not have signed up for it. Otherwise I am happy to recommend Victors. I think what most sold me on them, out of seven estimates was the informative presentation made by Lance. I felt confident that the venting needed for this roof would be adequate. I am sorry that I had to toss out my gutter covers however.

Five Stars, Plus, Plus, Plus. From the initial contact, which covered in detail the materials and workmanship, through the installation to finally the clean-up, each phase was done professionally and with customer satisfaction being paramount in all their actions. Making a substantial investment in a new roof can be filled with a great deal of anxiety and doubt but the people at Victors, on all levels, made sure I received the maximum value for my investment. They are a smooth functioning, trained and knowledgeable team working to exceptionally fulfill the roofing needs of their cliental. I am very happy to be welcomed into the Victor family.

We had Victors put on a new roof last November and were extremely happy ( see previous review). This past spring we noticed a flaw in the shingle color. I called and Derek came out to look at the problem. He was very professional and said he needed to do some research to figure out what caused the problem. Derek kept me posted exactly when he said he would. He came out today and resolved the problem. My opinion is that Derek is a GREAT asset to Victors. Its not everyday that contractors do what they say they are going to do and we appreciate that he did exactly what he said he was going to do and in a timely manner. Outstanding service at a very fair price. I've had them come and repair shingles that were blown off during storms, do an overall Roof Tune-up, and in a couple more years they are my top pick to redo my entire roof. Everyone on their team, from the receptionists to the roofers, are incredibly professional and courteous. Anytime I have contractors work on my house, I like to inspect their work afterwards, and the work done by Victors' roofers was absolutely top notch, right down to how everything was sealed. And their prices (while not the cheapest I've seen) were very reasonable and fair, and they never tried to upsell me either. I wish more companies were run this way!

From the first phone call to Victors Roofing to the last detail of our new roof installation every employee was professional, courteous and very good at communicating each step in the process. Victors has been a great company to work with throughout the process. I contacted them through their online portal on a Sunday morning and had receive a call back and had an appointment set up within two hours. I contacted four other roofing companies as well (one of which said our roof was too steep) Victors was the only company to get up on the roof and actually look at it, take pictures and make suggestions. The entire process was painless, I was given a cost at the time of the appointment whereas with other companies I had to wait up to two weeks. It took two full days to replace my roof but the guys didn't miss a beat and worked very hard in cold conditions to get it done right. There was some minor damage to one of my downspouts and it was replaced within a week no problems or questions asked. The house and two outbuildings were re-roofed with Atlas StormMaster Slate shingles and it all looks great.

Amazing company. I would give 10 stars. The work is exceptional and done as soon as possible. The company has the highest integrity and honesty. The person (Drew) giving the estimate was very honest and I felt very secure that I was not being mislead or given misinformation in order to increase the cost. Merely informed of what the problems were and what was necessary in order to prevent or correct problems in the future. Had gotten an quote from Mr. R specifically informing them I wanted all the sheets of plywood would be replaced. Upon close review, the estimate did not include the cost of replacing the plywood which increased the price substantially. I feel this was not included to misrepresent a lower estimate. Victor's workers were very respectful, polite and hard working. Loving my Victor's roof because I know they care that good work is done and good materials are used so that the roof will last for decades. Well worth it. Maria

The team from Victors Roofing were awesome. The roof inspector that came out to look over our current roofing situation was very knowledgeable and the resulting quote was reasonable for the type of roof pitches we have on our house. Victors was also flexible with our schedule and was always in contact with us leading up to the job day. The crew, all 7 of them, was led by a very good roofer by the name of Jose. When I came out to see how things were going he was always there to talk about the progress. He showed me photos that he had taken during all phases of the project. The crew was very conscientious. They moved and returned all of our outdoor plants to keep them out of harms way during the job. It took them around 10 hours to complete the work and when they left it was like they were never there, except for the new roof of course. This week has been a big test for the new roof with all the rain we have and will be getting. So far so good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Working with several Victors team members on my project was a pleasure from start to finish. Kudos go out to Andrew (Project Manager) who initially came out and did a complete thorough inspection and provided me with an on the spot estimate and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. To Tabitha ( Production Admin) who handled the scheduling process and kept me apprised of all the project details promptly via phone, text, or email. To Omar (Roofing Foreman) and his crew who are all highly skilled in their craft and did an incredible job. They were very respectful of my property, on time, and the cleanup afterwards was spotless. Omar's carpentry skills are very, very impressive! To Kiel (Production Supervisor) who always provided me with timely updates of the job progress and of anything that would come up that was out of the ordinary. Kiel was super responsive and afterwards sent me great before, during, and after photos of the project. And finally, thanks Victor! Victors Roofing gets a double thumbs up from me!

We would like to give a 5 star review. We am very satisfied with the quality of the work, but I cannot give them the best review for the following reasons: While the work was being done, we were told that they needed to put on about 17 sheets of plywood to underlay the Flintlastic roofing system on our low sloped (2/12) roof. This was due to the original wood boards having about 1/2" spacing between the boards. To be clear, none of the existing wood decking/boards needed to be replaced due to water damage. The plywood sheeting was needed to provide a continuous flat surface for the Flintlastic roofing system. I would have expected that this underlayment would have been figured into the quote to insure there was a proper install surface, regardless of the existing wood boards. They insisted that this was an unexpected problem and charged us $1190 more for the additional sheeting. Finally, the debris trailer for the removed material is still sitting in our driveway, a day after the work was completed. Multiple calls, about picking up the trailer, to their office and to the "concierge" contact, have not yet been answered.
