Byron the boss was awesome. He told me what was gonna happen and answered all my questions. He said if anything went wrong, they'd fix it. The workers were fast, pro, and tidy. Five stars for sure.

Luis was great! He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. His team, with Hector as the supervisor, showed up on time and were very polite and efficient. I recommend this company if you need a new roof or repairs. Good job guys!

Eagle Roofing Contractor Inc. did a great job on my house! They fixed two parts of my roof that were really messed up. Byron, Champion and his crew were on time and did good work, fast, professionally, and with skill. The team is also really neat and left my place clean. I am really happy with their work and give them a 5-star rating. I suggest them to everyone. -

I recommend Eagle Roofing. We had to replace shingles that got damaged from a wind storm in August. It was only the front part of the roof because the rest of the roof was flat. Eagle roofing took the job after other companies told us we needed a whole new roof, gave us high quotes or the job was too small. Eagle roofing was willing to come to Brooklyn and their prices are good. Carlos and his team showed up on time and were professional and efficient. They use good material and our house looks great now!

I gotta say, I did some research and Eagle Roofing was the one we picked to fix up our church roof. They promised they could do it right and stop any more water damage to the building. While they were working, *** and *** took the time to explain what they were doing. They told us the cost was gonna be lower than we thought, but they stuck to their word and did it for the quoted price. Our church is old, so we were worried, but they did it right and professional-like. The workers were on the ball and knew what they were doing. They worked hard from the start to the end, coming early and leaving late. They did the job right and didn't mess up. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up good at the end of the day. The support staff was good too, helping us with some documents we had to sign. Eagle Roofing did a great job and we're 100% happy with them. Thanks to *** and *** for being professional, courteous, and answering all our questions. I'd recommend Eagle Roofing to anyone who needs a good roof fix.

I got a new roof from Eagle Roofing Contractor Inc. and they said it had a 50 year warranty for parts and labor. But then I got an email from the manufacturer (***) saying the paperwork was wrong and the warranty was shorter. I told Eagle Roofing and asked for the right paperwork, but they haven't called me back in a long time. They keep saying they will, but they haven't.

Eagle Roofing Contractor Inc did my roof last year. They were supposed to get a permit but they never did. A neighbor called the city and I got a ticket. I've been trying to get Eagle Roofing to fix it by getting a permit and doing a final check but they won't help. When I call, the lady says they'll call me back but they don't. I just want them to finish the job.

We got our roof fixed by Eagle Roofing on December 10, 2022. We paid $2600 for it. But it wasn't done right. My husband called *** and he came to our house on December 13. He said it needed to be fixed. We set a date and time for the workers to come back and fix it. It was supposed to be on Saturday, December 17 at 10 am. But no one showed up. They didn't even call to cancel. ***'s cell phone couldn't take voice messages. I texted him, but he didn't reply. I called the company at ***. Everyone I talked to was nice and took our contact information. They said someone would call us. But it's been weeks now. I called five times, but no one has responded.

I signed up with Eagle Roofing in March for a roof and siding gig that included swapping out three windows and a sliding door. After the roof was done, they took two weeks to start the siding without telling me. When I called the boss of my job, he said he and his partner were having problems, and that was the last I heard from him (Justin). Byron came over and said he'd honor the contract. The last time they worked on my house was May ***, and when I called him today (6--2020), he still had no answers. I asked him about a door in Home Depot, and he said, "I'll give you a cheap door if that's what you want." I told Byron I wanted my job finished with the quality of work and products in my contract, but he ignored the three windows that needed replacing. It's been too long (March to June) for a job that was supposed to take four weeks. I want the company to cancel the rest of the work and default on the final payment.

I need to talk to the boss or manager. Me and Eagle Roofing had a deal on Monday, September , for roofing, gutter, hatch, and sunroof complete roof renovation. The first problem was that they didn't demolish the whole roof, only the weak and rotten boards were replaced with plywood. Eagle Roofing increased my quote from 11800 to 13000 because of the CDX plywood. They only used 8 of the 32 plywood calculated for my 1200 sqft project. The roof is done now, so I didn't say anything. But there are some issues: 1. I thought I was getting a normal non-hydraulic hatch, not a square hole with a wooden membrane cover. I want the secure steel/metal hatch I paid for. 2. The vinyl siding in front and back of my house was damaged because of the fall debris. It needs to be fixed. 3. They didn't reroute the gutter drop in the direction of the drain or side wall. They left it incomplete. They could have used my material, but they should have been professional. It needs to be fixed. 4. When they removed the old gutter, the vinyl siding was lifted and detached from the house. They didn't fix it and left saying the job was complete. It needs to be fixed.

I hired Eagle Remodeling (Eagle Roofing) to put in a new roof and gutter guards in June . I was bummed that they couldn't finish it all in one day. They ran out of shingles to cover the whole roof, which was crazy. But I didn't say anything and let them reorder and finish the job in 5 days. After a month, I noticed that some shingles started to curl, especially the ones on the lower part. They were supposed to send an inspector within 10 days of the install to check the work and materials, but that never happened. I called them to ask them to inspect and fix the problem. They took out the gutter guards and said they installed the wrong ones. They said the shingles should settle in a week, but they didn't. I called them numerous times until they finally agreed to replace the curled shingles. They damaged other shingles in the process, which they said they would replace. They came back to reinspect the now curled shingles and found more areas they messed up. They asked if they could fix it in March because the cold weather would make it hard for the shingles to settle. But then Covid-19 happened and everything stopped. I contacted them again in July, but they're not responding. I tried to set an appointment like they told me to, but they didn't call me back. They were paid in full, but they didn't give me the right materials or services. I still have curled and cracked shingles with no gutter guards.
