Mor Furniture Advertised price $999.99 with 6 stools, still have not received stools

Advertised sale price marked in store Nov.15th. 2020, $999.99 Cannon valley table with 6 stools, when delivery person showed up, they only delivered 4 stools. (customer Number Toddr53197) Went to store and brought it to the attention of Dwayne, he said that was a different sale, (it was not!) The only way I was going to get 2 more stools was to pay again. He ran my credit card again, it has now been 7 months, I have not received my stools yet!

Desired outcome: Refund, or give me my stools I paid for now twice!

Mor Furniture Bedroom set

I purchased a bedroom set on 1/16/21, after my purchase they said it could be up to 47 days but, most likely just 30 days for the full delivery. (this was after I paid for it) At the end of February we got a call and they had a partial of the furniture. 2 - dressers and minus the mirror. We waited and after a few more weeks we made several calls and sent several emails. We never got a call back or email. Now we are at the end of March we got a text with no name stating it could be at the end of May. I went to the Lacey, Wa store on April 11th and asked where the rest of my bedroom set was that I paid in full back in January? This time she showed me on the computer it has not arrived and maybe some of it in the end of April and the rest maybe the end of May. I then asked how you can advertise and sell furniture if you do not have the product. They stated there is nothing they can do until they get the furniture. At this moment I have not received my King Bed nor the 2- nightstands and the dresser mirror. How can a store sell things they do not have. JReady ps - never again will I purchase from this store

Mor Furniture Mattress

I was given the wrong information by sales person Karen Rocha about a mattress I purchased at your San Marcos location and she tried and the management tried everything they could to say no returns and no refunds no matter what. Then they said they needed to reach out to stearns and fosters to ask them about a return. I contacted stearns and fosters and they said the matter had nothing to do with them and they only deal with warranty issues and the Manager Reynaldo Herrera still told me he had to wait to hear back from them to make a decision. Then I looked up a California law that protects the consumer stating if a merchant gives the incorrect information about a product which includes a mattress whether its intentional or not then the product has been misrepresented and needs to give a refund otherwise I was going to be reporting this to the credit card company. They then changed their tune and said they would give a refund and would pick their mattress up. Now they keep telling me they can't come get the mattress when I'm at home and available and keep giving me dates to pick it up when I'm not at home. They said they will come get the mattress this Saturday but won't tell me a time till 2 days before pickup. I'm tired of waiting for more furniture to get back to me. I have waited 2 weeks already and this is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: More need to pick my mattress up this Saturday 3/27 in the morning. Im not waiting any longer.

Mor Furniture About my s:9990vega pf blk 2 pwr sofa

Order date was 08-sep-2020 the delivery date was october 20th-2020 the delivery date has been changed many times, the last one was 2 hours before the delivery time. I had loaded up the sofa I bought from mor about 5 years ago to donate to good will, now I don't have help me when my sofa does come. Please give me the tracking number so I can track my shipment. Also give me the location were it is at and when it arrived. I am 80 yrs. Old, now you see why I need help,

Mor Furniture Couch purchase

I ordered a couch in July, 2020 and they delivered part of the sectional. We have received notices of delay after delay after delay for the rest. Now they say it will not arrive until March 21. Almost a year later we still don't have a complete couch. They will only offer a partial refund as we "should not have accepted the pieces we did" There refund policy sucks and the dishonesty at time of purchase is grossly overboard.

Mor Furniture Furniture delivery

We purchased a leather sofa and 2 matching chairs. We scheduled a delivery for thursday. We received a call confirming that we were picking up our furniture about 2 hours before pickup time. We lined up a truck and we're ready to go when we received a voicemail stating that there was a problem and our delivery wouldn't be until the next day... After I got the truck and had my furniture removed from my house. I have no furniture and a rented truck I can't use. I called the manager, antonio, and he offered free delivery but we would have to wait a month to receive the furniture. He was sarcastic and not customer service oriented. He said it was a mistake on their side and it never got on the truck from the main warehouse 40 miles away. Customer Service = F-

Mor Furniture Reclining chairs

Name William Plummer, purchased less than 6 mos. ago, for Nampa Showroom in Nampa, Id. One recliner won't recline and is stuck in a relax position, checked all connections, it's getting power but is froze in position..

2nd. chair we purchased just like the first one same time, the material is desterating on foot rest area.

Very displeased about these chairs,

Mor Furniture Sectional Couch/Loveseat

In December 2019 or early January 2020 we picked out a Sectional at MOR in Bakersfield. We were told that it wasn't in stock and that they had to "order it". They told us it would be delivered February 12, 2020. At the time it was about 6 weeks out and we weren't thrilled about it but ok with it.

Fast forward to on or around February 9, 2020 we received notification that it was delayed until around February 25, 2020. They indicated that part of the order was in which was the sofa and corner section. We asked if the partial order could be delivered since we did not have any furniture to sit on as we had given away our furniture in anticipation of the February 12 delivery date. So they ultimately delivered the partial pieces. We were told that the loveseat would be in by March 8, 2020. I emailed once again to confirm that the piece was indeed being delivered. I was told in the email that it was pushed back out to April 18, 2020 that the delivery was coming from overseas. This is totally unacceptable and we have been super patient. Had we known this in the first place we would have chosen something else. I feel the employees (sales people) at MOR are not forthcoming. They lie to get a sale. What can we do to rectify this? We have been long term faithful customers and this has made us not wanting to come back. We always come back every year to purchase something. Thank you. Lori Hutton [protected]

Mor Furniture Delivery of a dining room set

Your company has misrepresented several times for a delivery of a Dinning room set. My set was purchased in early October. While with the sales rep she informed me the table itself wouldn't be available till late October or early November. But there was an available table in Northern California that her manager would try to get it for us. I said as long as I could have it for Thanksgiving I would be fine. She promised no later than Nov 6th. Well at the end of October I checked and the table wasn't going to be available till the 6th. Come the 6th I called and was told someone would call me back. I went to the store direct and set with the Manager and he said he would do what he could to get me a better date. Then I was told the 16th. The 16th came around and I was promised it would be in on the 25th. The only thing they were waiting on was the table. I called the 25th and was told it would be delivered on the 27th along with my other items. Now they are delivering and I dont have the table. I called in and they said the table is in and now the chairs are missing. They said someone called me on the 25th to tell me. That is one huge lie as I am the one that called and they said it would be delivered on the 27th. Your company has put a family on the floor for Thanksgiving. I spend many thousands of dollars furnishing my whole home with your company and this is what you do with your clients. Shame on you!

Mor Furniture customer service

I went to Mor furniture to purchase bedroom furniture, sales associate David was pleasant and professional as for the manager, other sales staff were very rude and unprofessional along with stockers, I took my business down the street from them and received very good customer service and professional service, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner should be made well aware of how his business establishment is ran.

Mor Furniture mor furniture

I like MOR Furniture and have enjoyed my 2018 purchase of a classy dining room table and a fun "house bed" for my daughter. I do not like, however, where they extend their line (TD Bank) of credit and I had to post to help get the word out to prevent future customers from also being taken advantage of, stolen from, lied to and potentially have their credit score affected.
We made our purchase in the Spring of 2018. When talking with the sales rep, we were informed of the 0% financing for six months. We figured, why not, and paid all but $1200 of the bill. I then set up through Bank of America six payments of $1200 to TD Bank, starting in April of 2018 to September of 2018. All payments were completed and after getting the six monthly account statements from MOR/TD Bank, I did not receive any correspondence from either company following the processing of the final payment.
Fast forward to July 2, 2019. An awful human being called me from something called "Admin Recovery, " called me delinquent and said that I do not pay my bills, asked for my social security number and demanded that I pay him $350 after "multiple attempts" have been made to collect. Knowing that I have a sterling credit score and have never missed a payment on anything in my life, I knew it was a mistake and/or scam. This person was VERY RUDE, very insulting, very loud and would not give me any information - just demanded money that I allegedly owed - but then did mention MOR Furniture. Finally, something I can look into. I ended my "conversation" with this rude gentleman whom continued to yell at me and demand money. I then called MOR, had them look up my information...and they transferred me to, wait for it, Admin Recovery and the same gentleman. I again ended my call. Called MOR again, transferred to TD Bank and was about to be transferred to Admin Recovery when I asked to speak to the agent's supervisor. I was transferred over and was about to be transferred to Admin Recovery when I again, asked to speak to that agent's supervisor.
We looked into the situation (finally after 45 minutes to an hour on the line) and discovered that my final payment arrived late. They sent one final bill in October (allegedly) and had it returned to them with the verbiage "moved, return to sender on it, " which they notated on my account and never sent another statement. Never called...never emailed...never texted...all of which they have as they collected ALL of my contact information when agreeing to this deal. I have not moved and have lived in the same location for half a decade. All the while, they were charging interest and late fees on the remaining balance until it got to $356.54 and they decided to send it to a collections agency. Realizing the egregious error by the bank, they said I would be placed in a manager's queue and contacted on July 4. I mentioned that that is a holiday, and they said you should be called by July 4, the fifth at the latest. No such call ever was made.
I gave it time and waited a week until July 11. Called again...same thing, attempt to transfer to Admin Recovery...the request to speak to a supervisor...the second request until finally talking to someone that could help. Another hour plus on the phone and telling the same story over and over again and asking for assistance in fixing this error. Once again, "we see the problem and will place you in a manager queue. Please give it a week or two before we contact you." Same thing, two weeks pass and I call back...same thing, threaten to transfer to Admin Recovery...request to speak to supervisor etc...This time, and I finally got upset, was informed that I was left a voicemail on July 25. This never occurred. No voicemail, no missed call...nothing. Just more lies. I confirmed the number they had on the account was correct. They just lied. I was once again put in the manager's queue and told to expect a call in the next 1-2 weeks. Once again...no call and we are in August now. Meanwhile, Admin Recovery is continuing their threatening and harassing phone calls.
Finally, in late August, I once again called (after not receiving ANY call back, any email, any text, not even messenger pigeons) from MOR/TD Bank since our last bill in Sept. of 2018. Same thing, threatened to transfer to Admin Recovery, I have to ask to speak to a supervisor, then a second supervisor before finally getting someone to help. And guess what? They actually tried something. They were getting the account BACK from the Collection Agency - so that I can pay TD Bank the outstanding balance. Over Labor Day weekend, I got a letter I had to sign for, it was the letter from Admin Recovery and ALL OF THE STATEMENTS from Oct. 2018 to present that I had never seen, never been sent (via US Mail, email, text, anything!). Not wanting to deal with this any longer, I simply paid TD Bank the $356.54. There was never an apology. This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. Beware!

Mor Furniture poor service and not honoring warranty

DO NOT BUY FROM MOR FURNITURE! We have been dealing with a customer service nightmare for months. We bought a 2 piece leather sofa set. When it was delivered, it was not installed properly. They did not put on a supporting leg that we didn't know existed. When the couch started to sag a few months later, we turned the couch over and we figured out what was wrong, they told us we should have noticed within three days of installation and we were out of luck. We bought the extended warranty and the couches were supposed to be covered for a year anyway without it. After days of being told about three different "policies" that would absolve them of taking responsibility, they finally sent someone out to look at it. This meant having to take a day off work so they could come during a 4 hour service window. When they came, the person confirmed that the couch would have to be replaced. There was no follow up phone call, we had to do that to see when they would be delivering the new couch. When the day finally arrived, they changed the service window on us with two hours notice. We could not be home since we already worked around the first window that was confirmed the day before. They told us we would have reschedule for another day if we weren't home at 10 instead of 11. After more back and forth the truck pulled up at 11:20. The man tried to talk me into not switching the couches and said he could fix it because he didn't want to have to carry the couches in and out of the house. I told him I wanted the new couch and asked him to put it in a different place and he told me no because he was already doing me a favor by switching the couches. Once the sofa was installed, I noticed they installed pieces that were not installed on the loveseat. When I mentioned it, the man said, "the other people didn't do their job correctly". So I had to call customer service yet again to ask for the missing pieces. Now we are at it again. This company is sketchy and does not stick to their policies. Their customer service will do anything to not help you and all of the supervisors are "unavailable". I think they are trained to run you in circles until you give up. I will never buy from them again.

Mor Furniture dining set and kids bed

Hi,
I purchased a lot of stuff from ur kent store but i received poor quality of kid bed and deck and dinning table.You gave me the replacement of the product which came today but this time quality was so bed thats why didn't accept the furniture not sure how you guys deliver such a bed quality of the products.I want my money back.i know you guys don't have return policy but i don't have other choice.I can't accept poor quality product.

Mor Furniture kids bed

I bought a kids bed and when I was assembling it one of the part was broken and other part the screws didn't tie so, I call them and emailed them to get exchange and they said no no body told me that the sales were final. The financial department was taking money from all my banks accounts that I didn't provide I just gave them one. If they want money they need to work hard and earn it not stealing money from customers.

Mor Furniture back order dresser

My name is Faby Lopez my customer #LOPEF18336. I purchased furniture in Jan 27, 2019 and I have not received my dresser that I originally knew was in back order but has since then been 6 months. I have called customer service numerous times and I have been told different dates and I have also been told I was going to get calls back from the showroom which I have not. I would like to speak to someone from corporate who can give me better information about my dresser for which I've been getting the run around about. 6 months is too long to not know any information about my product that I paid in full. Today I have left voicemails to Antony Matlok which was my original sales rep as well as another voicemail to a customer service manager. This is not how you treat paying customers with little to no communication. To say the least very disappointed to pay for a product that is not even available. Mor Furniture not return money owed back to me.

2/21/19 I purchased a table and chair set and was told it could not be returned, but had 3 days to cancel the order.

2/22/19 After thinking about their NO RETURN policy, I decided to cancel the order and spoke to Shannon at phone number 866-486-7435 at 2:57 pm MST. She advised she'd take care of cancelling. She did NOT

2/27/19 I got a call from Security - I live in a gated community - and they advised there was a delivery truck from Mor that needed the OK to deliver. I advised them no, that was to be cancelled. I called the number above again, and spoke to Alexis at 10:07 am MST and she advised the order didn't get cancelled, but that she would cancel and return the full amount.

3/6/19 I called once again because only $432.19 was returned to my credit card, they did not return the $30. delivery fee. Note, they never delivered anything. I spoke with Lisa at 4:21 CST and she advised she would take care of that day, and I would get my return in 7-10 days. That never happened

4/11/19 I called AGAIN at 10:27 am MST and spoke with a Kimberly who advised that yes, I was still owed the $30 delivery charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to connect me to a supervisor, explaining she could take care of it. She promised to have the return processed today, and I should have it back by next Friday, April 4/18. I doubt it will happen. Fourth attempt.

Regardless of whether they return this money or not, this is the WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE I've ever had. It's my opinion they just keep putting me off figuring I will give up and go away. What a terrible way to do business

Mor Furniture service warranty

We purchased two power recliners from the Tempe Mor Furniture location. A warranty was purchased at that time. Within 13 months both power buttons were broken rendering the chairs useless. We had hardly used the chairs. Mor customer service gave us three options to get them repaired. One was to bring the chairs to their warehouse for repair. The second was to use the warranty which takes "longer" for repair or to pay a $60 service fee for Mor to send their own technician to fix the chairs. They stated they could do it faster. Oddly we found out they do the parts ordering there no matter who comes out for the repair. We opted for the warranty company to do the repair since we didn't feel like paying Mor anything extra. They took 3 weeks to place the order. It is now November and we received the parts on the 7 th. Not only were the parts not the right ones but the problem was something else entirely.
Now I am being told it will be another 4 to 8 weeks to get parts. I am not counting on less than 8 weeks. I DO NOT recommend EVER buying from Mor Furniture. They are the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with.

Mor Furniture bill

My husband and I purchased a couch from Mor. We never received a bill of our first payment. The only thing we received was a letter from collections. We got in touch with the person that helped us, come to find out they didnt have our apartment number so they never sent a bill. They sent us right to collections. My husband contacted them and sent them the correct information so they could mail us our bill and the person that he spoke to said we could pretty much start over and they will start sending us a bill, it wouldn't be in collections. So he faxed them over our info and it was pretty much like we were going to start over and they send us a bill and we make the payments. Still never got one bill. The next person we spoke to said that they couldn't help us because we were already in collections. But we had already faced over the info with correct address and all the info they asked for. It's not our fault they got the address wrong and never sent a bill. In fact Mor had our correct address in their system. I dont understand where the miscommunication happened. We are trying to and willing to pay our bill but they didnt give us a chance. First anything we received from Mor was to collections. It's not fair and I dont understand. Even after having all the right info they say it's nothing they can do and we are still in collections. What can we do? No one seems to know how to help us or fix this. We are trying to pay our bill and this isn't fair. Its ruining our credit.

Mor Furniture mattress cover

I just got a new mattress and then bought a Mattress protector that was 249.99 after thinking about it I wanted to return it . I went back and was told no . After trying to figure out why since I hadn't opened it or really looked at it . They need to say all sales are final if that's the case. Then I noticed it was a king instead of a queen like it should have been. So they said they could exchange it ? Why couldn't they just refund me or credit it off my account ? Really disappointed. Bad customer service and just a bad experience. Never know of a store that didn't refund. I had not opened it and they delivered the wrong one . Now I have to wait for the exchange and that's just wrong. Very unhappy.

Mor Furniture zz savant everfeel plausible queen

I'm having trouble with getting my mattress looked at and hopefully replaced. So I bought this mattress back in august 2015 with a adjustable frame and headboard from Mor's. They did free delivery and setup at my house. Just last month I went to move it because I sold my house, as I flipped the mattress up I noticed it looked moist under it and mold had been growing. I have never slipped anything on it so I was confused why it was like this on the underneath of the mattress. Looking closer at why this could happen I realized the adjustable frame was all the way still wrapped . The frame being wrapped in plastic wasn't letting the mattress breath and moisture was being trapped in between them both. I never thought anything of the plastuc is saw around the edge of the frame because I thought that the Mor installers left it to protect the leather. This is not a mattress you flip so I would have never noticed if I wasn't moving and more mold would be growing . Now since May 14 2018 I have been to Mors furniture store 4 times being told different things and told to get ahold of the makers of the mattress. After dealing with the makers to try and file a claim, then being told Mor needs to deal with it. I have been talking back and forth with the a manager named Joel at the Kent Washington location. Nothing has been done or sounds like it's going to be done. They haven't even come to look at it I sent him pictures . I am still paying of this mattress that is no longer useable and is bad for your health. Now I have got a hold of my friend who referred me to Mors, she and her husband bought the same set up but a king. I asked her if the plastic was left on her frame also, and it was. She then checked for mold and she too has mold. I feel like there are going to be more case with this adjustable frame that haven't been found out about yet. The only reason I even found out about mine was because I was moving . I feel like I should almost talk to a lawyer about this, this is a health issue and needs to be taken care of.
