Moon Magic is a website that offers a variety of jewelry pieces for those who enjoy the mystical aspects of moonstone and other moon-related gems. However, my experience with the website has been less than satisfactory.

I eagerly visited the website and decided to order two necklaces for $220. I was excited to receive my purchase and eagerly waited for the shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, I was told that the company had no information about when my order would be shipped. After several days of waiting, I decided to cancel the order.

To my surprise, the company offered me a discount to change my mind and continue with the purchase. I declined their offer and firmly stood by my decision to cancel the order. However, to this day (which is more than two weeks now), I have not received any response. I have sent five emails to the company, but I have not received any communication back. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service.

I advise potential customers to be wary of ordering from Moon Magic. My experience was very disheartening, and I have read similar reviews from other customers. I urge you to consider purchasing your jewelry from another, more reliable source.

As an update, I must add that Moon Magic did eventually refund my order, resulting in an increase of my rating from one star to two stars. However, this late gesture does not excuse the negative experience I had during the process of purchasing from this website.

I recently ordered some rings from Moon Magic on December 6th, and it's now the 17th. Unfortunately, the tracking hasn't been updated since December 12th in Carrolton Texas. It's been six days and I still haven't received any updates on the tracking. I reached out to Moon Magic to inquire about the status of my order, but unfortunately, I didn't receive the response I was hoping for. I was hoping to give these rings to my wife as a Christmas gift, but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.

To make matters worse, the only response I received from Moon Magic was an automated message stating that my package is on its way. I was really hoping for some more information or assistance, but it seems like they don't really care about their customers. I'm starting to think that Moon Magic isn't even a legitimate store. So, I gotta say, I've got a few Moon Magic pieces in my collection and they're pretty sweet. I've never had any problems with 'em, but let me tell ya, when things go wrong, they go wrong. My hubby tried to order me this necklace with a moon on it, but instead we got one with a "T" charm. Like, what the heck? Not even close to what we wanted. When he called 'em up to explain, they said to just send the "T" back and they'd send us the right one. But for Christmas? Come on. And get this, they also offered him 15% off his next order, which I thought was pretty cheeky since they hadn't even fixed their first mistake. When I pointed out that it made no sense for them to offer a discount when they hadn't even gotten our order right, they just said to send the necklace back and they'd give us a refund. Like, that's not even helping us get the necklace we wanted in the first place. It's crazy to me that they messed up so bad and still can't get it right. No wonder people just use Amazon all the time.

Shipping took a whopping 2 months and customer service was no help at all. They just kept saying it wasn't their fault. I mean, come on! Any other company would have done everything in their power to make it right, but not these guys. They didn't even bother to make a claim with the courier until 8 weeks had passed. By that time, Christmas had already come and gone and my sister had left the country without her gift. I had bought her a ring at the beginning of November and it didn't arrive until mid-January. I asked if they could take it back, but they said I would have to pay for international freight. They wouldn't even ship it back to them, even though they knew the situation.

When the ring finally arrived, it looked like it had been chipped. There was a white spot in the center of it. I mean, seriously? Do they not even quality control the cuts? And to top it off, the gift bag I bought was crinkled and too small for the scratched up little box provided for the ring.

I would absolutely not recommend wasting your money on this company. Sure, they're great at marketing, but they can't follow through on their promises. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

- I received a follow up email asking for my review. I wrote that I was disappointed, but the customer service was helpful. The review was never published on their website. I am certain that they delete negative feedback on both their site and their Instagram page. I am also suspicious that they buy fake positive reviews.
