monsta athletics is a joke. they don't know how to talk to people and they don't care about their customers. it's really disappointing. they act like they're better than everyone else and it's just not cool. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. it's a shame because their products are actually pretty good, but their attitude ruins everything. stay away from monsta athletics if you want to be treated with respect.

This company is a no-go for me. The dude in charge is a real hothead and can't handle any criticism on social media. He'll cancel your order if you say something he doesn't like. What kind of boss spends all day on social media anyway? He's a total jerk and doesn't know how to treat customers. I mean, seriously, how does he even stay in business if he's cancelling orders left and right? Save your money and don't buy anything from this company.

I bought a bat from Monsta Athletics on May 1st and still ain't got it yet, it's June 22nd now. Ain't nobody called or emailed me to say it's delayed. I waited 3 weeks and then emailed them. They said it was delayed 4 weeks. I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. I emailed them again and they said it was delayed another 2 weeks. I don't know who's running their customer service but it's the worst I've ever seen. Why can't they just email me to update me on my order? They don't seem to care.

I've been trying to get in touch with Monsta Athletics, LLC for the past two weeks about my order from July 9th. I've asked for updates before and they said it would take 2 weeks to receive and then they would assemble them for shipping. I heard that twice. The last time I talked to someone was about a month ago. It would be great if they had better communication skills for updates on orders. When you log on to the site, you get an email saying "I see you were interested". Communication would be awesome, but they have none and it's almost impossible to reach them.

Dang, Monsta Athletics ain't no joke. They straight up cancelled my order just cuz I had some feedback. They think they're hot stuff with their bats, but I ain't gonna keep buying from them if they treat me like that. And they don't even try to fix the problem, they just give your money back and call it a day. Liz, who handles the emails and calls, seems like she's drowning in work. They need to give her some backup. But honestly, it's not just her fault. Carl, the boss man, ain't no better. He straight up said he don't care about helping people, he just started this biz for his fam. That's messed up. I hope they can get their act together and treat customers better. This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy something. I wish I had recorded my convo with Carl. People would be shocked at how he talks and how these bats really are.
