BowlerStore.com Mixed Experience with BowlerStore.com: Lind Shoes and Product Expectations

I recently made a purchase from BowlerStore.com and while I have had a good experience overall, there were a couple of issues that I encountered. Firstly, I bought a pair of Lind bowling shoes and unfortunately, the heel fell off. I know this isn't the fault of BowlerStore.com, but it was still frustrating. I've been a loyal Lind customer for 30 years, but I'm not sure if I'll continue to buy from them if they're going to make their shoes cheaper but charge more.

Secondly, when I received my order, the shoes weren't exactly what I was expecting. They had a sliding sole on both the right and left shoe, which wasn't what I wanted. I would like to send them back for another pair, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.

Despite these issues, I still think BowlerStore.com is a good place to buy bowling gear. They have a wide selection of products and their prices are reasonable. I also appreciate that they offer free shipping on orders over $50. Overall, I would recommend BowlerStore.com to other bowlers, but just be aware that there may be some issues with the products you receive.

BowlerStore.com Mixed-up order and slow return process from BowlerStore.com

I gotta say, I had a bit of a mix-up with my order from BowlerStore.com. I ordered some shoes in what I thought was a women's size 9, but it turned out to be a men's size 9. I guess I didn't realize that "9M" meant "9 men's" instead of "9 medium." Oops!

Anyway, I filled out the return form on Wednesday, August 9th, but it's been longer than 72 hours and I still haven't received the return label. I'm hoping to get this sorted out soon so I can return the shoes and get the right size.

Overall, I've had a decent experience with BowlerStore.com. They have a good selection of bowling gear and the prices seem reasonable. I just wish the sizing was a bit clearer on the website. Hopefully they can get my return sorted out quickly so I can shop with them again in the future.

BowlerStore.com Disappointing Engraving Size on Personalized Bowling Ball from BowlerStore.com

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the price I got on my bowling ball from BowlerStore.com. It was definitely a good deal, and I was excited to get it personalized with my name. But man, was I bummed when I saw how small the engraving was! I mean, you can barely even see it. And that was the whole reason I ordered from this store in the first place - I wanted a ball that was uniquely mine.

I really wish they could have made the engraving bigger, or done something to make it more visible. It's such a shame, because otherwise I would definitely order from them again. If they could just make the engraving as big as the logo on the ball, or even just double the size, that would be perfect.

Overall, I'm still happy with the price I paid for the ball, but the engraving issue definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve on that in the future, because I know I'm not the only one who wants a personalized ball that actually looks personalized!

BowlerStore.com Frustrating Experience with BowlerStore.com: Multiple Failed Orders and False Charges

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with BowlerStore.com. The first couple times I tried to place my order, it didn't go through. And to make matters worse, there was a transaction pending on my account both times! I didn't get any kind of confirmation or explanation for why the order failed, just a big ol' error page with a bunch of code on it. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

But I didn't give up! I tried again on a different browser, and finally, my order went through. Hooray! But now I have to deal with the hassle of sorting out those false charges with my bank. Ugh.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with my experience at BowlerStore.com. It was frustrating to have to try multiple times to get my order to go through, and the lack of communication about why it failed was a real bummer. But hey, at least I finally got my stuff, right?

BowlerStore.com BowlerStore.com: Great Selection, Service, and Shipping - Needs User-Friendly Filter Feature

I always go to BowlerStore.com for all my bowling needs. They have a good selection of products, great service, and awesome shipping. I absolutely love that they ship for free to Alaska. I recommend them to everyone. However, my one suggestion would be to please add a filter feature to their site or something, to make it a little more front end user friendly. The site is a bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate to what you're looking for. But overall, I am satisfied with my experience with BowlerStore.com.

BowlerStore.com Mixed Experience with BowlerStore.com: Great Selection, but Disappointing Error in Order Fulfillment

I recently made a purchase from BowlerStore.com for an Orange/Black 3 ball bowling bag. I was excited to receive my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when my package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that I had been sent a Red/Black bag instead. This was not what I had ordered and my paid receipt clearly stated that I had ordered an Orange/Black bag.

I immediately sent an email to BowlerStore.com to advise them of the error. However, I have yet to receive a response from them. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was dis-satisfied that they did not check the accuracy of the shipment before sending the product out. This is a larger item and it would be a pain to ship it back to them.

Despite this issue, I must say that I do appreciate the variety of products that BowlerStore.com offers. They have a great selection of bowling balls, bags, shoes, and accessories. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive with other online retailers.

Overall, I would recommend BowlerStore.com to other bowlers who are looking for a wide selection of products at affordable prices. However, I do hope that they will improve their quality control processes to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately in the future.

BowlerStore.com BowlerStore.com Review: Rollercoaster Experience with Happy Ending

I gotta say, my experience with BowlerStore.com was a bit of a rollercoaster. I placed my order and was super stoked to get my hands on what I had picked out. But then, I got an email from the sales team saying that the item I had ordered was no longer available. I was bummed out, but what really grinded my gears was that they didn't let me know right away. I had to reach out to them first.

But, to their credit, the sales team was quick to respond and offered me an alternative option. I decided to switch up my order and give it a shot. And you know what? I got my stuff the very next day! That was pretty impressive, I gotta admit.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. It wasn't a perfect experience, but I appreciate that they were able to make things right in the end. I'd definitely consider shopping with BowlerStore.com again in the future.

BowlerStore.com Disappointing Experience with BowlerStore.com: Coupon & Shipping Issues

I had some trouble with BowlerStore.com. I tried to get a $5 coupon for liking their Facebook page, but it didn't work. Then I had a question about shipping, but I couldn't get an answer. The website says that shipping is free for orders over $50 and takes 1-3 days, but my order wasn't guaranteed to arrive until March 27th. I really needed my item by Sunday, March 22nd, and I was willing to pay extra for faster shipping, but that option wasn't available when I went to check out. It was pretty frustrating.

BowlerStore.com Great Customer Service, But Frustrating Checkout Process

I gotta say, the person I talked to on the chat was super nice and helpful. Without them, I don't think I would have been able to buy what I wanted. But dang, I had a heck of a time trying to actually make the purchase. Apparently, you gotta have an account to use a credit card, which seems kinda silly to me. I mean, I already got like a million accounts and passwords to remember, you know? And then it took forever to get the password reset and all that jazz. I almost gave up and went somewhere else, but I really wanted what they had. So, I guess it all worked out in the end, but it was definitely a bit of a hassle.

BowlerStore.com Frustrating User Experience: Difficulties with Account Creation, Order Submission, and Editing

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of having to make an account just to buy something. It's a hassle, you know? And when I was trying to submit my order, it just wouldn't go through. I was so confused! And then when I tried to edit my order, it was like pulling teeth. It just wouldn't update. And don't even get me started on trying to order the bag - it was hard to tell the difference between the ducks and the 10s. And when I tried to use my maiden name for the payment, it wouldn't let me. This whole thing just took up way too much of my time. I don't think this site is very user-friendly.
