Monro Muffler Brake review: Over charged for work done, which resulted in my car being worse than when I brought it in

i took my 2010 kia forte to these guys, because they said i needed a new fuel tank. I ordered the Tank and was told by the Manager Jose that i would be charged $320.00 for the work. i got a text from them stating that the tank was damaged. so i told them not to do the work and i will send it back. They did the work anyway. it was the wrong tank. why was i charged when i told them i did not want the work done. so i said, okay since you are charging me labor can you just repair my leaking tank. Jose told me sure; we will use some silicone on it. When i got there, I was told by the Manager Jose i owe $527.00 dollars. I was furious but did not want to respond or refuse to pay, since there were customers in the store. So i paid it and left the store. The next day i fueled up my tank and the gas was pouring out of the tank. Total fire hazard. I was close to home and i drove it there leaking fuel and all. so i texted them whatever they did the problem was worse than when i brought it in. Then i remembered that Jose told me they would repair it with silicone. So i googled if silicone was a good sealant for a leaking fuel tank and the answer from google was no. Silicone is definitely not a sealant for repairing a leaking gas tank. In fact it makes it worse. And it definitely did on my vehicle. I am asking for a full refund because when they text me the picture of the bent fuel tank i told them not to do the work and i will pick up the tank and send it back. So i had to pay for another shop to do the job correctly. I will send you my receipt of the shop that did the job correctly upon request. I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible. I want a full refund. Thank you for your attention. Also i don't know why they have the wrong address on my invoice receipt. My address is 2032 Corbin Ave. Unit B-1 New Britain Ct 06053.
