I paid off this loan on January 2. I have a linked bank account from which I made monthly payments. I also used the same linked bank account to pay off a loan last year. There is a note on my account that states my credit reserve funds are being held because there’s a problem with my linked bank account, I called several times and the only answer I receive is “we’re working on it”. Please put my funds in my account the same way u did last year!

Claimed loss: Credit reserve money $800-900

Desired outcome: Put my reserve money in my bank account!
