Money Catch Australia Review, not a good business, search results are being manipulated by them.
I did not find my entire experience negative. But Money Catch Australia is a simply not as big or as professional as they like you to think.
But, like any business, Money catch Australia are judged on how they respond to their customers, particularly when things go wrong and this is where they go wrong.
It seems the founders react very badly to criticism no matter how positive, and make a bad situation worse. The lady owner sounded Neurotic, I was left with the impression that something was very wrong there.
The things I found unacceptable were as follows;
Firstly, lack of information; Money Catch Australia is cagey, they came across as overly cautious and not very transparent.
They seem paranoid. And that made me unsettled. contact their
They want to get you signing for their service; and are over the top pretentious, blowing their own horn and self-puffery are the best words to describe their style, I also noticed that they still weren't really answering my questions. They really didn't want to help, they just wanted to seem like they do. phony.
I google searched their business and read some hair-raising reviews. I read a review and wanted to contact the writer to ask their full experience. But within an hour that review had disappeared completely and Money catch Australia had put a rebuttal along the lines of ' we are being trolled'. If I wasn't suspicious before I sure was on alert now. I read that they were suppressing search results and had a specialist in India who was doing black hat internetwork, no way. How? I thought. So I went to Google.com and removed my location so it doesn't divert to Australia and sure enough, there was a massive amount of complaints was out of this world. Now I was totally suspicious.
So I picked up my phone and called another service, I asked about the funds Money Catch Australia had promised to get for me. The other service provider on hearing the name ' Money Catch Australia ' responded saying ' I am sorry we want nothing to do with Money Catch Australia, I can't discuss it but I can't help you..have a nice day'. Bang. What was that?
Then today, I read a Money catch Australia has a public notice. A notice obviously intended to deter reviewers from speaking badly about the Money Catch Australia service. The stench was gross.
I decided to ring the other service again, I said ' look please let me know what is going on with this?' The man said ' this lady is doing the wrong thing, she will do anything to keep people off the scent of what they are up to doing. falsifies documents and lies, she even emails she sends to herself in order to say she is being harassed, and then report to authorities, total basket case! so really, I can't help you and want nothing to do with it.
If you haven't signed with her my advice would be to just turn & run'. I took the advice. And I wanted to make sure others know what I know.
This is weird... no one contacted me... anyone from money catch and complaints board, as a matter of fact. I am the one contacting money catch but they are refusing all my calls.
This is proof of MONEY CATCH UNCLAIMED MONEY PROFESSIONALS are buying fake reviews. As you can see on the attached the same person confirmed that he already added the reviews on google.
This is shocking and 1000% Facts and you can't deny anymore. 2 of your reviews on google business showing a post on fiverr and quora that they can put a good review on any business to look good online. why do you do such thing like that if you are not a scam? let the real people, real customers do reviews like us and not those you paid online.
Don't believe on anything money catch says they are liars.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
If it's against MONEY CATCH REVIEW it is FAKE if it is a favour for MONEY CATCH REVIEW it is REAL. Make sense... Tell me any Business that accepted NEGATIVE REVIEWS about them. of course, the first thing to do is to DENY it.

I just curious on the comment above by @Alex Gainser saying "Money Catch Business" are buying reviews online.
and then MONEY CATCH TEAM said that it ain't true. So I see it myself if it's really true. Please see the attached image, it is a different post on what Alex found on Quora forum thread. But it is stating that MONEYCATCH is buying FAKE REVIEWS since 2014. Some Indian guys do the fake reviews on 3 profiles. I'm not sure if it's the same MONEYCATCH BUSINESS Alex is referring to but in my opinion, I think it is same as the way they requested it is same. I leave it to you guys. chow!

The profile Caleb Anthony is one of the Fake profiles. This person has stolen staff pictures, accreditation, defamed them all and posted them as Fake people and Fake accreditations. Caleb has also set up fake user accounts pretending to be staff. It is possible he also created this Indian guys account above also.
YES @Kimmyhie MONEY CATCH BUSINESS is forcing other sites to shut down if they found out that there is a NEGATIVE review about them. Check their business reviews. Let's say "MONEYCATCH REVIEWS" or any business you want to review you will see below the results are the links they removed. it has hundreds of complaints about them all from different sites and different consumers. SCAMMERS DO THAT, If they can't remove they switched business names.

The person by the name of Nina Walker does not work for Money Catch. We have no reason to purchase reviews as our clients are happy to give us great feedback on Facebook, Google+, Trustpilot and our Website.
Of course, no business will say proudly that they are buying reviews online. It's just so happened that someone investigated your business because they are victims and found out the true colour of your business. #Justsaying

@Money Catch Business Australia, why every time there are a BAD REVIEWS on your business you are saying it is NOT TRUE, NOT YOUR CLIENT, NOT BUYING REVIEWS. When all the pissed consumers all have EVIDENCE, like a receipt, call history etc. And all you do is DENY IT. No Explanation pissed consumers don't even know the real identity of the persons behind the business... If you are a legit business you should be proud, right? and not hiding in an anonymous team...

It's kinda funny when people telling CALL US but then they don't give their number and name, they only said that they are "representative of MONEY CATCH" NO IDENTITY. Why people do such a thing as that, very strange and scary.

Ring another money service & shop around and avoid Money Catch and her endless scams.

It has been identified that majority of the negative posts are by competitors in the industry, and they are posting the same information over and over to show many people posting but it is only a small group of competitors.
In one post, they even state "See - I told you I would ruin your business" another one states "Money Catch stole 3 of my clients" Not one of these posters can verify they have actually dealt with us.

The report says it is due to "Australian Un-recovered Finance Service" has a bad reputation and complaints that's why you switched. right? and now your new company is having the same issue. What a coincident? both different company having same results with the same owner... Interesting...
Dear Consumers, We change business names back in 2014 only because we developed an online database that has all the unclaimed money located in one spot. The name change was created to suit the new business services/platform.
Not sure what report you are referring to, but we loved the name Australian Un-Recovered Finance Service and if we did not develop such a sort after product we would still be operating as our old name. But the name Australian Un-Recovered Finance Service did not really suit the new Unclaimed Money Database services.

To MoneyCatch I think that's why people are really mad at your business and the owner is because you robbed them bigtime. If they are all FAKE why not call cops and arrest them. You can't coz instead of people you are saying doing fake news on you it will become vice versa and arrest you instead. Coz all they are saying are real. Just my 2 cents.

it takes me 2 minutes to check if this is a scam or not. just google their business reviews... those image attached above by money catch customer care are all fake identity that you can buy online. Google+, Linkedin, Trustpilot and their website are all manipulated by them, of course, you will only see positive ones... google search is 100% accurate...
