On the 14th March, 2025, I received a call from a man called Branden Joseph: branden@moimooi.com, +27 78 598 2736, @branden111joseph claiming to be a MoiMooi sales consultant and that I have been earmarked as a potential winner for the Valentine's competition that was entered.
All I needed to do before close of business that day was to ‘take advantage’ of the special offer of an Exclusive Yearly Treatment Package – Only R1699.
As instructed by Branden, I paid by EFT to BEE WITH US PTY LTD, FNB Cheque Account 62698165076 which was shared over whatsapp.
On the 17th of March, I informed him that I had still not received a confirmation. After a week trying to book a treatment on their website https://www.moimooi.com/, I attempted to contact their customer service department via email (info@moimooi.com), telephonically (087 094 7945) and their website contact form to no avail.
I then reached out to their Facebook team on 27 March for assistance but they just redirected me back to a call centre that doesn’t exist, and consultants that don’t want to help.
On 29 March, I received a call from a Jenine: +27 79 727 8391, @Nina who proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to use the website and that she will get the IT team to call me to help me ‘navigate’ how to make a booking. This was after I told her that my problem wasn’t navigating the website but actually making a booking at a spa that was close by to me and addressing several other customer service issues, including that fact that the only Jhb based spa available on their website was uncontactable.
Jenine advised me that she was just filling in for the day and this wasn’t really her problem so she will get Diann, the customer service manager to call me on Monday. At this point, I just wanted my money back as I had not been rendered the advertised service.
On Monday, 31 March I spoke to Diann who claimed to be the client service manager as well as the head of the legal team. All I wanted was my refund. I was told it was against their policy. I then requested the terms & conditions of my subscription and a copy of the policy. Diann could not send it to me which was strange, being that she is their ‘head of legal’. She was supposed to pull the phone calls from the sales consultant Branden and my conversation with Jenine to go over what was said and then provide me with the policy documents.
I have since then, not received a call from Diann or any one from MoiMooi to follow up of provide feedback. I have sent a number of emails to which I beg for a response to the following email addresses: diann@moimooi.com, info@moimooi.com and legal@moimooi.com.
All Diann does is ask me for my personal details over and over again. She has still not provided a policy document, the ts&cs of the subscription, nor has the ‘legal’ team entered the chat as I was told they would provide feedback.

After weeks of back and forth with Diann, she now has the audacity to claim that I haven't even registered even after detailing the issues on making a booking on the website or contacting the info@ email address.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money

Hi.i just spoke to the same Diann person who dont want to hear a customer out. I also have a complaint against Jenine and Brandon and she just not interested. I told Diann i will take this matter further as there is someone higher then her and her reply was that she is the main person, there is no one above her. How is that possible.
