On the 16th January 2025 I received a call from MoiMooi offering me a package. At first it sounded legit. I gave my details but minutes later when it came to accepting the debit mandate. I didn't accept it. They didn't contact me after that regarding my debit mandate cancelation.
28th February 2025 they tried to deduct a R200 from my account but I disputed it. No contact from them since January 2025.
Today I received an email to say I have an outstanding balance of R2695 and I received a call saying that I have an outstanding balance of R2695 and I should email them to say I want to cancel my package and that I should make payment arrangements. And I sent the email and everything.
I received multiple messages from people (not mentioning names) that MoiMooi is a fraud company and that I shouldn't pay anything at all.

Trust your gut — if you never accepted the debit mandate and they still tried to pull cash, that’s a red flag the size of a billboard. You owe them jack. They’re bluffing with fake debt pressure tactics to scare you into paying for nothing. Block, report, and don’t send them another cent — this reeks of scam through and through.
