Moe's Southwest Grill review: food

I ate at the moes on windward parkway today and was appalled at the food they tried to serve me. I ordered my usual, jc combo. I told the lady "with chicken and black beans" please. She went to scoop something that looked like a mix of chicken, fat, burnt skin edges and just plain gross mush. I stopped her by saying that I ordered chicken, and that isn't chicken. I could barely understand her english but eventually realized she was saying it was chicken legs. What? When did moes switch their chicken to legs? I told her I don't want that. She offered the chicken breast. And I said yes that is what you all typically serve. When I paid it was $12.93! Since when is a combo more than $11? I was in a hurry (on my lunch break) so I paid and left. I got back to me desk and it tasted terrible - the chicken had a crunch to it, not like a chip but like it had been frozen and was super tough. It also tasted like it had taco seasoning on it. Gross! Not to mention did this particular store try to sell me the cheapest and grossest chicken around but that over priced it too. Will mever eat there again and will definitely share with everyone I know.
