Moe's Southwest Grill review: customer service

Monday, april 8th, 2019, store #213, 70 peachtree street, atlanta, ga, 30308, 2:17 pm. On my way to work i decided to give this place one last try. The roadies at this location are some of the rudest, nastiest, tacky food service workers to ever work in food service. I never thought i could find any restaurant with worse service than mcdonald's, this place proved me wrong. In the 6 years that i have worked al 5 minute walk away from this location i have only visited here 3 times - each time hoping that their service & food will be better. I will never make that mistake again, each time it's a little worse. Customer service here is an absolute joke, the roadies are rude, handle peoples food like it's already garbage, try to rush customers, and act as though the customers are inconviencing them. In my 3 trips here i have received burned chips, an absence of queso when i asked for it, and today as is usual at this location, their roadies nasty, rude, unwelcoming attitudes & demeanor. Both of the roadies who handled my food and other peoples food i watched them prepare seem to hate their job and do not mind passing that off to their customers. They threw peoples food around, slammed it on the packing area table, tried to decide for me what kind of rice & beans i wanted in my bowl, charged my double for queso in my bowl, and were dismissive of customers needs. I will be spreading the news about this location to my co-workers & other people who inqi=uire with me about good places to eat in this area. Unfortunately for the moe's corporation this particular location makes the whole change look really bad!
