Crappy product, awful company
Awful product. dont waste your money they dont stand behind thier product and will not give refunds ... probably because they would go broke because no one wants it after trying it. They also FORCE the second shipment on you when you know you don't want it and will not return even upopen product. SCAM company!

Simply amazing products
Your products are amazing! I've been using the hair growth spray for hair shedding, your shampoo. Etc I've tried so many different products to prevent hair loss and nothing worked. Been using 2 months now and my hair has stopped falling out completely? I also have a ton of baby hairs growing in. Greatest product? thank you
My hair is super soft and shiny
I want to say that I received one of my products damaged in my initial order which I was very dissapointed with as you pay quite a lot for the products. However, after I alerted the company, they immediately sent out a replacement! This is the customer service you want to receive! The shampoo had leaked and so there was some product missing. They handled it immediately and professionally. As for the products, I am loving it as well. My hair is super soft and shiny. So far, I have nothing bad to say about the company!
Never received any products after paying $150
0 stars would be the better option. I paid over $150.00 on December 1, 2023. I ordered x6 bottles & the hair spray. I never received any products. I have emailed multiple times and have not received any response other than an automated response asking if I had received good service. Uhhhh no, I haven’t received any services. The contact phone number that is given does not work. How do I get my money back? They have my credit card information! How do I stop them from taking more money out of my account?!?! I don’t have enough money for people to be stealing from me! I just want my so-called subscription that I never received, cancelled and I want a full refund of the money I already paid! I have saved all the emails and have my x2 order numbers ($134.94 and $14.99). Once I paid, instead of receiving a confirmation number or tracking number, the company informed me that I would receive an email with a tracking number “soon.” This never happened. How do I get my money back? Who can assist me, legally? Is there a lawsuit against Moerie?
Recommendation: This company is a scam. They should be banned from selling any products at all.
Please Don't Waste Your Money
This is by far the worst product I have ever used! Every thing they say about this product is a lie and by the time you realize it they tell you NO REFUNDS. They hook you with false information. I had the worst experience. My first time trying this product due to all the hype and advertising. After my shower I could not comb one piece of hair on my head! It was a the worst Birdsnest Ive ever had! It took me two more showers to comb through my hair and even then the amount of hair I lost was shocking! I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was demanding it. On top of a refund, they should compensate me for all the hair loss, discomfort and lost time from work due to needing 3 showers that morning. This company should be ashamed of itself.
Recommendation: Find a company that backs their product by offering a trial period and refunds if not satisfied.
Burned Scalp
I can't say how angry I am with this company; I am posting a review as my mother is not of that mind. She purchased the Moerie shampoo and conditioner over a month ago, had a severe reaction, and today is still dealing with a burned scalp, that has moved into her forehead and along the side of her face. Of course she stopped using the Moerie products. AND to their credit she spoke with a very good customer rep for Moerie, once she emailed photos, she was given a 100% refund.
Doesn't help with the burn that is still on her almost 4 weeks later. The burn is not causing her pain anymore, but she is peeling. AND on the left side of her face she has developed a mole type of looking thing from this burn. I am soo angry with them. My mom has always had gorgeous porcelain skin. She bought this product for her hair, which did not work.
Recommendation: Don't waste your money on this product. And be aware it may burn your head.
I'd give it a shot
The best l ever had thank you Moerie. I tried everything and I though this is another add for hair growth, but I was so desperate so thought I will give it a go. And boy oh boy I was shocked. I think the growth spray is the best and it worked amazing on my hair. I am not sure about the shampoo and conditioner because it leaves my hair a bit dry. But so far, I am very happy.

I purchased your complete set of items- shampoo, conditioner, mask, and spray. My hair had almost completely fallen out, and I needed it to grow back ASAP for my wedding in May. I have been wearing hair extensions for 8 months now, plus I occasionally have my roots dyed. My hair is natural black.
After one use of the products, my dyed roots turned electric blue. After two uses, my hair bleached out brown AND it completely destroyed my $300+ extensions that I had placed 2 weeks ago.
I would like a refund on the products, plus compensation for the destroyed extensions and cost of the appointment to place them ($150). Please call me in the afternoon, Pacific Daylight Time. Thank you.

I tried to see and change my order and it processed
I tried to review my order and it processed. I was charged three separate charges. But received no email verification for two of the three charges or order. When the package arrives. No information about the order was included. When I tried to return it. I was told they couldn’t find the order! When they finally found the orders. They said u had a subscription. When I tried to cancel it the subs. Neither of my emails worked to view any subscription. I have continued to receive many emails about the customer service. I continue to desire to return the products unopened never used, now your service wants more money and. Still cannot cancel or make an account. I still want only to stop and return this product and receive some kind of credit, not to pay more money for a product that didn’t work and products I never opened. How is this even possible? Moerie will not cancel subscription after many many attempts get run around
I sent an emails and Facebook messages to Moerie requesting a cancellation of my subscription. for some reason they had me set up with two subscriptions to the same product. After my first order, I got 3 bottles sent to me then a few days later I got 9 bottles sent to me! I contacted them in July 2024 to cancel both subscriptions! I thought this was handled! So, when I went to open one of the bottles of pills, 0f the 12 I had, this bottle had many broken capsules. I contacted them. They did not want to replace the bottle. They told me it was too late. I had no idea that I was supposed to unpackage all 12 of the boxes they sent me immediately to inspect them. It was very hard to even get someone to respond. On Nov 1st of this year, I get an email telling me they are sending me product! I went on the site to see what was going on. They only cancelled one of the subscriptions. There is no way for me to cancel this one. The cancel button does not work. It says, I've used up my "pause subscription" Limit! I have emailed and face book messengered, to only get the same run around! Nobody cares to cancel anything with this company. They are scaming people. I told them they have no authorization to charge any of my payment forms. I've heard nothing from them.

Cancellation request
On January 18, 2024 I sent an email to Moerie requesting a cancellation of my subscription. I sent the email from my work email, CC'd my personal email and received a response that Moerie could not locate my subscription because I used an email that was not associated with my account. I responded back from the email associated with my account as well as my subscription ID number. I received another email back from Moerie advising they still could not process my request as more verification was needed. Moerie was requesting an order number. Because I had paused my subscription there was not an order number. I was trying to be proactive and cancel my subscription prior to my account being unpaused. Moerie has not responded again after explaining that I do not have an order number and that my subscription ID should sufficient along with my confirmed email associated with my account to cancel. Further, I have tried to contact the number that was provide to me and when calling a recording comes on saying "there are no agents available call back later." It has been 6 days and my account still has yet to be cancelled.
Claimed loss: As of now, no loss of money. But I do not want to be charged again and am being proactive in trying to cancel before I am charged. However, appears Moerie is purposely delaying contacts so they can charge me again.

Moerie hair care
my husband tried to order one set of Moerie hair care products for me for Christmas. When he was processing his payment he got a message that his credit card payment was rejected three times so he gave up and bought the product using Amazon prime. The next thing he knew he had three sets of this very expensive hair care product hit card. When he called customer service they told him it was too late because the product had already been shipped but to contact him once the product was received. that has happened however, they never answered the telephone and it’s been one week of emails with no response. There are 100s of dollars on his credit card and he has no way to reach a customer service representative. he believes this was a scam by the company and their customer service is horrible. no return shipping information or refund information was provided in the packaging with the product. He has no idea of how he can possibly return the extra product. This is totally unacceptable business practices.

Ultimate growth repair kit
I ordered the kit on November 20/23 online. When I went to pay it said my credit card was not accepted to try a difficult card so I did. Then it said that one wasn’t accepted. Then I got an email stating my first credit card was charged $ 95.95 the amount of the kit! I then received an email from Moerie saying my order “ was on its way!” I live in Canada. I emailed them, some lady named June emailed back apologizing, asked for more information, I provided it, and I have never heard back, I’ve emailed several times and NOTHING! I track the package with the tracking number in their email, NOTHING AT ALL!
I still don’t know if my second card was charged as well until I get statement, but IM SURE THEY CHARGED IT TOO! This is fraud, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS, AND THE PACKAGE IS NOWHERE!

Moerie Customer Service is non existent. If you call the customer service number it answers and says no agents are available call back later. I tried 10 times to set up an account and I am in an endless loop. Sign up, receive confirmation email, select the link - it goes back to set up an account. There is no way to contact them to change your subscription or cancel.

This company does not disclose that you have to purchase twice before they allow you cancel. When signing up it says cancel anytime. The product was fine but wasn't for me, and they FORCED me to purchase a second shipment before allowing me to cancel. They would not give me a customer service number to call, the reps emailing clearly don't speak very good english. This company is a scam. They can't sell product on merit, so they result to scamming.
