My experience with Modern Pro Solutions Construction has been quite disappointing. The main issue I have encountered is that our roof is leakin in the area where they installed the solar panels. It's been a real hassle dealin with this problem, especially considerin the fact that they wont even answer their phones. It's frustratin not bein able to get in touch with them to address the issue.

To make matters worse, I've heard rumors that Modern Pro Solutions Construction has gone out of business. If this is true, it's a real letdown. Not only am I left with a leaky roof, but now I have unsightly water stains on my ceilings as well. It's a constant reminder of the poor workmanship and lack of customer service I have experienced.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Modern Pro Solutions Construction. Their lack of responsiveness and apparent closure of the business have left me in a difficult situation. I would not recommend their services to anyone in need of construction work.

This company is terrible and I don't recommend anyone to get solar panels from them. They wash away any negative reviews by posting fake reviews on Google or Yelp. They can never give you a clear answer on updates and my project has been going on for 8 months and still isn't working. Stay away!

I can't get this company to do anything right! It's been like a whole year since they installed my solar panels, but they still haven't bothered to activate them. They're so careless! I've tried reaching out to them so many times, but they just ignore me. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! If I had the option, I'd give them zero stars.

Their representative came and banged on my door, kicked my door, and kept ringing my doorbell as if there was an emergency! I managed to catch up with him a few houses away, and he attempted to deny it was him. However, I had already snapped his picture and later attempted to call the number to file a complaint. To my surprise, a man answered the call while standing outside, with the sound of cars and wind in the background.

Back in March, I was approached to expand my solar system. Everything moved fast, but it's now December, and the contractor/company haven't finished the full installation. This caused the inspectors to not pass the system. Sunnova started charging for an incomplete system that hasn't been approved by the city. I'm paying for an unfinished job with no system production.

MPS installed the solar panels on Sep 2022, but it hasn't been activated. I have had to pay the loan amount without service for 3 months. I called Goodleap, the finance company, on Feb 16, 2023. They told me MPS was out of business and they are working with them to figure out the next step. They asked me to wait. I really concern about whether I should continue to pay the loan without any solar service. Please stay away from this company!

Abandoned work, changed company name to Modern Pro Solution. Sounds like they want to dodge bad reviews and hide some dirt, or get out from promises made under the old name. I can't leave a comment... was forced to give 1 star... this business should get negative stars, but thats not possible. Oh yeah, nothing working, nothing hooked up, been a month since I seen anyone or heard from anyone. California State License Board has been contacted since ComplaintsBoard.com is basically useless.

I was forced to give 1 star... this business should receive negative stars, but that's not possible. Oh yeah, nothing is working, nothing is hooked up, it's been a month since I saw anyone or heard from anyone. I contacted the California State License Board because the ComplaintsBoard.com is basically useless.

This company, Modern Pro Solutions Construction, is a complete scam. I had a guy named Benji, who claimed to be from LA DWP, come to my house and talk about their solar offer. He promised that I would have a $0 bill from LA DWP with their system. However, the reality is far from what was stated in the contract and promised. The system is producing less than a third of what they said it would. My LA DWP bills haven't changed at all, and on top of that, I have to make payments for the solar system. They don't want to take any responsibility for this mess. They keep giving me excuses and telling me to wait without taking any action. They even changed their name multiple times to escape their bad reputation. I strongly advise against working with this company. It's a complete fraud and scam.

A guy came to my house, sold us this "amazing" thing for solar panels, now they don't even care about fixing their problems, they won't even respond, they blame Edison. It's a stupid argument. So now I'm stuck with solar panels for 20 years that don't even work. And now I'm paying almost the same amount as before without them. And who knows if they'll actually stick to just 20 years. Then we noticed our roof seems a bit messed up. We just got the roof done before these panels. So it's probably not my roof that was messed up. Their installation was fast but I don't know if it was done properly. It's been a really annoying process.

Dont trust this company, they cant survey your house right and dont have enough experience in Solar install. Make sure you vet the person who says theyre from this company and ask for their biz card before agreeing to meet. Its been 3 months since I signed contract and load docs with them. Sadly, nothing has happened yet and after checking with my lender, the docs arent done. This company is so unprofessional and I regret signing with them. I really dont recommend them for solar install.

The salesperson lied and got support from their office staff. They checked very high prices and promised to update the MPU, but then denied it at first, and then asked for an additional $2,000. Another problem is that they started the business but left it unfinished. I also compared prices with other companies my friends used, and my price was very high. Initially, they charged over $29,000 and promised to update the MPU, but never did the job. Then they conspired with their agent to cheat me by asking to sign another contract and pay an additional $2,000 for updating the MPU. However, they still haven't made any effort to update the MPU. The job remains incomplete, yet we have already started paying the loan. Should I consider legal action? I checked and found that the company currently has some legal issues.

I read all them complaints and customer reviews and I wish I read them before I signed up with them. I thought Benji was a good and honest kid, but I guess not. On 10/27/22, I signed up for them solar panels and the next week they installed them panels. They were supposed to upgrade my electrical box and connect them solar panels. I called in January to check on the status and SCE told me they emailed them a form to fill out in November, but they didn't respond. We got that taken care of and I got an email saying they gonna come out on 2/8/23. 2/8/23 came and nobody called or showed up, so I left them 3 messages and I'm still waiting for a reply. I called every number on their "contact" list and every single one of them forwarded me to a machine or the mailbox was full. Did anyone actually get the job done? And how do you even get a hold of anyone?
