These guys are total scammers. They never pick up the phone and they'll just take your money and run. Seriously, stay far away from them!

This company, also known by multiple aliases, has been using routing number and account number info on paper checks to withdraw funds from our bank account without consent. For seven months, they've repeatedly taken $195 monthly. Our company fell victim twice, and we're not alone. Similar complaints are on ComplaintsBoard.com. Their dubious banking practices likely amount to significant theft from clients.

SCAMERS! Be aware! This company came to us sayin they give us a full page add in a local magazine. They have charged us a total of $1,589 in 9 months. We had originally agreed on $80 a month.. not $278 a month. Fraud.

After readin all the reviews, we put a stop payment on our check, and wont be doin business with them. Even their A plus rating has several complaints, which our business is leery of. We have filed a complaint as well, and the salesperson and the manager has not returned any of our phone calls. Stay away.

We signed up for a yearly magazine ad for our local grocery stores on 3/15. The salesperson said we'd be the only insurance company listed, on the front page, and it would come out in June . So we paid in full and thought it was a done deal. But when June came, our ad wasn't in the magazine. We went back and forth with the company, and finally, they managed to include our ad in the August issue, promising to extend our magazine advertising.

Now it's 2020, and our contract was supposed to end in September . But our ad hasn't been advertised as promised since then. And to make matters worse, on 9/14, we noticed a deduction of $325 from our business checking account. They claimed we wrote them a check, but we never did.

So we called the 1-855 number and got the runaround for the first 24 hours. Finally, I spoke to a person named "Tricia Solis," who is supposedly the account manager for accounts older than 90 days. She had no clue about the billing and said she's just customer service. I asked her if our contract allows them to charge us two years later, which it doesn't. I also asked where they sent us an invoice for this charge, and she couldn't answer because billing is handled by a third-party service unrelated to customer service.

It's unfortunate that because we gave the salesman a hard check, the company is now taking money from our account without our consent, without providing the service, and after the contract's effective dates. It feels like a scam, scam, scam.

This company started takin money outta my account in July , 7 times at $121.33 each, addin up to $849.31. They didn't have permission to do it, but they got away with it 'cause of some agreement we had back in 2018. I already paid 'em off in 2018 (even though it was a scam), but durin Covid-19, they started takin monthly withdrawals for the same amount. The bank let it happen 'cause they did it before, and my stop check request had expired. I reached out to 'em (*** XXX-XXX-XXXX) 'bout the unauthorized withdrawals, and she said she'd give me a refund. That was in Jun 2021, but I still ain't got my money back. And since I contacted 'em, they took another $121.33 from my account. They're stealin my money, and I can't do nothin 'bout it 'cause of our previous arrangement.

Our contract stated a four-month payment plan, but we faced seven charges. It specified weekly payments for a year, yet we saw six charges. After discussing, we learned of additional fees, leading to higher costs. They overcharged us significantly, billing us from November to May, causing overdraft fees. Despite attempts to contact them for weeks, there's no reply. I spoke with a billing representative who informed me the office is closed until May 15 due to COVID-19. I've left messages since, but there's still no response. It seems they'll continue monthly charges, and we keep incurring overdraft fees. Per our contract, charges should have ceased after February, but the billing persists.
