MJC Moving & Storage LLC! They helped me move all my stuff and were super careful with everything. The guys were really friendly and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I had a lot of heavy furniture and they handled it like champs. I was worried about some of my fragile items, but they packed them up really well and nothing was damaged. The price was also really reasonable compared to other moving companies I looked at. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat. Had a great experience with MJC Moving & Storage LLC. They did a good job overall, but they accidentally messed up the hardwood floor at my new place. However, they were quick to pay for the full replacement cost, which was great. The people were really nice and professional, and they did their best to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again if I needed to move. They're really responsible and reliable.

I hired MJC Moving & Storage LLC to move my furniture and pack my belongings. Unfortunately, when my furniture arrived, several pieces were broken due to improper packing. This happened back in April and I have been in contact with the project manager, *** who has made promises but I have yet to receive any compensation for the damaged items. I am very dissatisfied with this company, especially since I paid over $8,000 for their services.

These guys are no good. They hire ex-cons and they stole a bunch of my stuff. They broke a lot of things too. And to top it off, they smoked weed right on my front lawn! The owners are a bunch of jerks who kept asking for more and more money. They wouldn't give me my stuff back until I paid them. Someone needs to investigate these guys. They're bad news. I talked to *** who recommended them, but they didn't care. Don't trust them. Don't believe their family members' reviews either.

This company is no good. Go find another one that's honest. I had them move my washer, dryer, and 2 bar stools from Decatur to ***. It took them 5 hours to do it. They didn't have the right tools to take off the hose, and the guy said he didn't know how to do it. I told the company to cancel the job and I'd pay the fee since they couldn't do what they were supposed to. Then they said they'd do it after all, but I didn't know they had to go buy tools. A 2-hour job turned into 5 hours, and they wanted me to pay more. I'm only paying what they said in the first place. They're a scam and don't know how to talk to people. Stay away.

This moving company is the worst! They sent some bad guys to our house who stole all our stuff, including credit cards, apple device, tools, toilet paper, plastic bags, and papel towels. They also damaged the floors, walls, furniture, and our new $4,000+ refrigerator. They were smoking weed and cursing a lot, so unprofessional! The company told us to call the police, but they didn't help us at all. The company won't help you get your stuff back, and they don't answer the phones or emails anymore. This company is just garbage! Don't waste your time and money with them! They left almost half of our stuff at the other house, so we had to pay extra to finish the move. Do yourself a favor and don't hire MJC Movers LLC ever!

MJM Moving & Storage LLC moved our 4 bedroom house 30 miles away. They sent 4 guys and 1 truck, but only moved about 60% of our house. They said the truck was full, but we don't know why they only sent 1 truck when other companies quoted 2. The guys were young, with 3 of them being 18 and 1 being 21. One guy had curse words on his shirt and another advertised a gang called Slime. When they got to our new house, they gouged 2 inches of our yard wood floors, lost bolts to hold our fridge handles on, and antique connectors for my wife's antique makeup mirror desk. They told us they couldn't find the mirror fasteners and shrugged it off. One of the movers blew up and clogged our hall bath, flooding dirty water in our hall. They used our towels to dry it up and left our pipes clogged. To make matters worse, they called us and said they needed more money (now $650 over their estimate) and didn't even get all our stuff. We paid another $87 for them to stay 30 minutes and finish putting beds together. That night, our master bed rail fell off and another bed was found to have no bolts tightened. We contacted the company that night with these issues, but the only response they gave us was to ask about the insurance we paid for. We do not recommend anyone use this company.

I was gonna give this company 4 stars, but there were a couple things that made me change my mind. First off, they jacked up the price from what they originally quoted me. Like, it more than doubled! Second, the dude in charge, Danny, started off kinda funny but then turned into a whiny baby. He mostly just wrapped up little stuff while the other guys did the heavy lifting. We had some car trouble and their truck got to the new place before we did. I told Danny to start unloading and call me so I could tell him where to put stuff. But he never called me back and when I got there, a bunch of my stuff was in the wrong place. And then Danny had the nerve to complain about having to move stuff twice! He just wanted to get it over with and didn't care how it was done. The other guys were cool though, especially Ryan and Eric. They were polite and helpful and actually seemed like they wanted to do a good job. Most of my stuff was wrapped up pretty well, but one of my bookshelves got messed up.

I was told to use MJC Moving & Storage LLC for my move from Ga to AZ. They said it would be $447 but I ended up paying $613.47. They gave me $149 back because they charged me for 3 hours but only took 2. They didn't call me to let me know they were coming. The team leader said there was no service in the area, but that was a lie. He also said my stuff wouldn't fit, but I knew it would if they packed it right. He said I had to pay for shrink wrap, but no one told me that. I didn't let them do it. He said it would take 3 hours, but I knew it wouldn't. He wanted me to sign papers without reading them, but I made him wait. I called *** to complain and he said he trusted the team leader. I asked them to put my small couch on top of the large one, but they said it wouldn't fit. I also asked them not to put furniture on top of furniture, but they did it anyway. I spoke to *** and he did nothing. They don't care about customers, only money and employees. I wish I could post pictures of what they did. They threw my things in the truck, tore a handle off my mattress, and dented my furniture. This company is unprofessional and should go out of business. If I could give a 0 review, I would.

My experience with MJC Movers was a great one. The MJC moving crew was professional and efficient. And the best part of the experience was how the MJC moving crew wrapped and protected all of my furniture. I highly recommend MJC Movers. The quality of service is excellent.

I hired MJC Moving & Storage LLC to move me to a new pad. They messed up my furniture and left some stuff that my move-out report SHOWS were left behind and got tossed. They came to my crib at XXXXX *** Dr. to move me out. They left a microwave and a vacuum cleaner for the landlords to find, toss, and charge me $100 because they were left behind (check the move-out report attached, bottom row). I got pics of furniture that the movers messed up. They said I'd get paid back but didn't hit me back after that for the past month.

So, I was looking for a moving company and I found MJC Movers. They gave me an estimate of $596 to move my one bedroom apartment. When I moved in, I had less furniture and the other company charged me only $400. But I decided to go with MJC anyway. The final cost ended up being $913, which is 53% MORE THAN WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with them, telling them exactly what I needed moved. But their estimate was way off. They also messed up some of my furniture and left some of my stuff on the truck. I didn't get it back until a month later and I had to call them a bunch of times.

Kendall from MJC Moving & Storage LLC came on Feb 1, 21 and gave me a quote that was $800 cheaper than other companies. He said they would send more guys to finish the move in 6hrs. But on the day of the move, only 4 guys showed up and it took them 11hrs to finish. I think the company did this on purpose so that the move would take longer and they could charge me more. In the end, I had to pay $2100 instead of the $100 I was quoted. Kendall said that I must have added more boxes and furniture on the day of the move, which is why it took longer. But during the original estimate, he didn't give an exact number of movers that would be used, only that it would be about 6 or 7. But they only sent 4 guys.

I used MJC Moving & Storage LLC on 9/16 to move me from one place to another. I paid them $2,634.47 for their services, which cost $165 an hour. They arrived at 8:30am and finished at 10:30pm, but they were moving slowly on purpose because they knew I had to pay by the hour. Unfortunately, they broke my armoire leg and tried to cover it up like it wasn't broken. They also damaged my wall with furniture, missed screws and rails for all three of my dressers, scraped up my hardwood floor, cracked my chair, and tried to fix it with a marker. They even messed up the paint on my wall. The shipper number is *** and the GDPS number is A010969. They sent one of their workers to fix the things they broke, but they made things worse by throwing away paint on my new carpet.
