This is a superior moving company. Every step of the way was handled with care and professionalism. Moving valuable and collectable items can be a bit unnerving. Their attention to detail in wrapping every piece and packing each piece with thought ensured that every item and piece of furniture arrived from North Georgia to the Gulf Coast in perfect condition. And their ability to be exactly on time discussed was to the minute. Bravo! I would highly recommend this company and if I have a need in the future, there is no doubt they will be my first call and quote. I couldn't be happier.

The team at 3 movers 1 truck are first class professionals. Very responsive and great communicators. The move process from end to end went very well. Super happy.

Great, courteous, efficient, well mannered crew. Took great care with all items, and followed every instruction we asked for placement of furniture. I would hire them again!

Terrible company that promoted such good service, then stole jewelry and money from my daughter, broke furniture that was promised to be replaced and wasn't and took wine that was also told would be returned and wasn't. Now the owner lies and says he hasn't gotten emails from her when she emails him weekly. This man is a liar. Don't do business with him! She's got all the proof in sent emails and text messages. He's a sneaky dishonest man. This is meant for Eugene Thompson with 3 movers 1 truck in Buford GA.

The movers damage a foyer table and they were made aware of the damage prior to leaving. They took the table with them. I was told that the owner would get in contact with me but he never did. I reached out to the call center with no luck there. I remembered I had the owner Eugenes number from when I had to call to ask where the movers were with my items since they didnt deliver on time. They were 1.5hrs late. Called him about the table and he expressed the movers never mentioned it and that he would look into it. At first, the conversation via text went as though he would replace the table but then all conversations came to a stop. This is unacceptable and bad business.

So disappointed in this company. They had good reviews but turns out I wasn't one of the lucky ones. They showed up 5 1/2 hours late for delivery, saying we had too much stuff and that packing took too long, they packed the truck Friday and delivery was Sunday, and of course there was traffic and blah blah blah. 2 pieces of broken furniture upon delivery, 3 pieces of jewelry taken, money taken and wine stolen from me. I was told if I provided model numbers, he'd take care of the furniture, nothing. He said he'd return the stolen wine, still have not received it. The money and jewelry, he said he asked his staff about them and they all said they knew nothing about it, seriously, do you think they'd admit to it? We did tell him one piece of furniture was broken, our tall master bedroom dresser. But the long dresser in the master bedroom was in perfect shape before the move, and now the feet have been torn off. Again, model number provided and nothing has been done. It's been 7 weeks since I have heard from Eugene, he won't return text messages, emails or IMs. He will have excuses for this review, but I'm the victim, I'm the one with stolen money and jewelry, broken furniture and no wine. Save yourself heartache, moving is hard enough, you don't need your items stolen and broken. Police reports have been filed

I was initally happy with this company. I called in a panic to get last minute movers and they were able to move me the next day. Unfortunatly, I didn't get a quote and if I would have I would have never hired this company. Over the phone conversation with the owner Eugene it was explained to him that I only need to big items moved (washer, dryer, refrigerator, table, dresses, and beds) He gave me an hourly rate and let me know that I would be charged for a 3 hour minimum. Everything seemed great! The movers showed up the next morning and were extremely nice men. I did ask to have my gun safe moved and they let me know it would be $500 upcharge so I said no thanks. Little did I know I was getting upcharged for every little things they did, flat rate was not a flat rate! I was charged extra for disconnecting and reconnecting my appliances, I was over charged on time they were at my house. I was charged for 7 1/2 hours and they were only at my house 4 hours. I was charged double on the commute to and from my home. I was still being charged on the lunch break they took of the food I bought for them. I was charged for fuel, I was charged for supplies such as tape and shrink wrap. I didn't learn about any of these upcharges until it was time to pay. I was floored when the price they were asking me to pay was over double the amount I had discussed with Eugene the previous day! I called Eugene and explained he didn't tell me about any of these upcharges. His excuse was "he had been working out of his vechicle the past few days"! This company is a complete RIP OFF! Make sure you get a full and complete quote from them before you allow them to move anything for you .
